I called Alpine carpet cleaning and they were able to come the same day as I called! I tried calling four different carpet repair and cleaners. One company just didn’t show up. One company didn’t need my business. Another company called the evening before and told me that there were too many people on that day and they would have to reschedule. I could not reschedule. I was on a deadline. Alpine had an actual person that answered the phone. They showed up when they were scheduled and did an amazing, amazing job!

There were 2 guys that showed up, a little early, and really did a great job. The carpet turned out so good that I had them come the next week and do the tile in my kitchen. It all looks great now! I’ll be calling them back after the kids go back to school.

Guys that came out to clean the tile in my home were friendly and on time. The grout didn’t look clean as I wanted before they left, but they assured me it would look better when it dried. It did look better, but it wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction.
To be fair, I did not call them to come back out to make it right. I don’t have the time to take off work again for them. Probably would not use them again.

Total bait and switch quote and guy that quoted it was totally unprofessional smart ass and said «I don’t remember conversation». Tried to jack up quote an additional $ 150 from original $ 250 quote. Very unprofessional and wasted my time.
