I own several houses in the Kingwood area and I exclusively use Deckers for all of my carpet and floor cleaning. It’s refreshing to deal with the same people instead of multiple people and have them remember and value you. Mike knows everything about carpet cleaning and is always honest and upfront about what to expect and useable carpet life a huge deal for me, and Lissa has always been awesome reaching out to me with responses to my questions, cleaning options, and pricing. After the last few years of great all around service they are my floor care team.

I called Decker’s after my apartment complex tried to charge me ~$ 1000 for stains on my carpet upon move-​out. They were trying to get me to pay for new carpet and I was sure that the stains could be removed. I called Decker’s on a Tuesday and by Saturday, they had lifted the stains out for an incredibly reasonable price given the work that was required and the short time frame they had to assess the problem and fix it. Also, most places won’t clean your apartment floors if you’re above the second floor because they work on hose-​mounted trucks from the street, but Decker’s has portable equipment. I’ve yet to give a 5-​star review on Unilocal!,but I’m glad this is my first one!
