Unleashed by Petco

Best Unleashed/​Petco I’ve been to in a while.
I am new to the Spring Valley area so I thought I’d make my self and Lizzy (my dog) there. I need a great pet supply shop that is close to my house and thank goodness that Unleashed is 3 blocks away from me. Lizzy likes Pig Ears, Bully Sticks, Chicken Feet; come to find out Unleashed had them all and more! had to pick me up some with the great 5 for $ 5 deal they had going on.
After my check out I was there for maybe another 15 minutes getting info on all the pet food they have at the store and training they provide for dogs. The associates are very nice and treat a customer right.
I will be signing Lizzy up for classes soon and continue to be an Unleashed customer!

Thank you Unleashed employees for showing compassion. You were closed (this past Sunday evening), but saw me walking towards the door with my grandson. I had just finished using all the dog food earlier in the day and needed it for Lilly’s evening meal. Thank you for allowing me to purchase the dog food and being polite and considerate. Unleashed should be PROUD to have you guys working for them. (My apologies for forgetting your names).

Unleashed is a well stocked pet store with lots of goodies for your fur baby, but more than that they are a pet store with a true love for animals. On February 24^th, Unleashed Petco hosted the NeuterScooter/​SpayBus that offers low cost Neuters & Spays for your kitty or doggie, even feral & stray cats get a chance of life without constant reproduction. Your dog gets a rabies shot & license for the cost of the fix. I know all this because we brought out precious rescue Chi pup Bella to be spayed last Tuesday. Thank you Unleashed, you’ll be getting my business because you really care about pets. As for the NeuterScooter, I love you guys. Really.

My family love coming here whenever it is our dog’s birthday and buy them a birthday cookie or if we’re feeling nice and buy them a cookie for dessert after dinner. We like to come here once in a while though, because it is expensive! 1 cookie is around $ 2.29 and the cookie is super small but our dogs love them (especially the icing on the cookie) so it’s worth it!
The employees are always helpful and are knowledgable in their products :)

I love this place I came in here to get some supplies for my new puppy. The trainer there gave me some very good tips and everyone there asked if I needed help great customer service. Always check prices at other places so you can do a price match. Also the cashier Christiana and Chris are the people to go :) definitely give this place a try!

I love this store. All the staff is always helpful & friendly. Their $ 10 self dog wash is a great deal they provide the shampoo, conditioner, towels & blow dryer. it is great to have a nearby pet store with quality products

I LOVE this store!!! I’ve done rescue work my whole life all over the U.S. so I’ve been to tons of different pet stores for everything imaginable. The staff are VERY helpful and knowledgeable and even don’t mind when my granddaughters and I are in with our 4 dogs just looking around.

I LOVE their self service grooming and washing station they have here. Great idea! It’s only $ 10, they provide you with everything. (3) Bath tubs, towels, shampoos and conditioners, perfume, grooming stations, chains to tie your pup up as you wash them.
*they don’t provide clippers or any hair cutting tools, strictly dog wash.
It’s my favorite place to take my dog in between groomings with our usual lady.
It’s not timed and you don’t have to worry about making a mess at your house.
Only con is there’s one hair dryer. I like to fluff my dog and it’s a first come first serve basis so you have to share it. They need another one in my opinion.
The store itself, sells a variety of different foods like the Organic and healthy brands of dog food, which is great because my dog has to be fed a certain kind.
I like the location of this store is super convenient and close to home. I hope really hope they get good business because I would hate to see this store shut down.

I really love this store. Angie was especially helpful. The moment i walked in she could tell i needed help. The prices are a bit high but they do price adjustments with their competitors with no problems. The location us great and the customer service is awesome. Angie helped my dog try on at least 4 harnesses and even helped me put this doggy car seat together in my car.
Very kid friendly as well. If you need basic things then I highly recommend you coming here. For something specific, I would call and check to see if they have it, as this is a pretty small version of pet co.

First, the GM, Chris is great, answered my questions, concerns and helped me with my huge bag of dog food.
Also they have a doggie wash station that’s 10 bucks and it’s great, easy to use and keeps your dogs from freaking out since you’re the one washing them.
Also, the store is super clean!

Great customer service, and friendly customers too which is an added bonus. I enjoy getting treats here for my dogs as well as flea products for their flea maintenance. They also offer affordable vaccines and oral flea treatments here at certain times of the month, which is convenient. It’s a nuisance to do it at the vet since they will charge you for the office visit too.
The only reason I took off a star is because Petco tends to be on the expensive side compared to other pet stores. I buy my food and dental chews at Costco because you get quality AND quantity for an unbeatable price.

so after we took my sisters Hannah pup to the vet I wanted to get her in tip top shape before I drove back to vegas… I was visiting her and im a groomer why not save money .plus Hannah needed me… this place was awesome I have never been to a self service dog wash because I own my own salon but this was so freakin cool… this was the second location we went to because the one in chula vista didn’t have velocity dryers they only have the option to towel dry and as a groomer that just doesn’t fly with me… everything was amazingly clean and I even noticed that while the store was kinda dead at the moment the employees were keeping busy straightening up and merchandizing man corporate would be proud or at least they should be… they have shampoo conditioner towels sprays everything granite I almost had everything with me I was glad they could make up for what I forgot and chris the manager was great and for the price you cant beat this place 10 bucks!

awewome store and staff!!! this store is clean and very neat. They have organic food and treats. I get my dogs flea medication here which is adavantix II. All the staff members are helpful and knowledgable.

Great new business!!! The staff is knowledgable when I come in they welcome my dog. We come here for treats and toys pretty regularly and they always know what I’m looking for. They have the self wash tubs with everything you need for pretty cheap. They also have a scale if you want to weigh your dog. Great great great customer service!!! They also have a fantastic selection of treats.

I have only gone here twice since this location opened in Spring Valley. I can guarantee I will definitely make this store my first stop when looking for my little furry child’s needs! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly employee and directed towards what I am looking for. The second visit, an employee by the name of Andy, guided to me what I was looking for. He was super helpful, knowledgeable on what he was talking about and was even able to give me a suggestion on what he recommended from his personal experience. I am also very happy with what he suggested and so is my pup. Thank you. Keep this guy and others like him around, this kind of service is needed and appreciated!

A friendly & CLEAN environment for you & your pet. The staff are very welcoming & don’t hesitate when you ask for help or for any opinions. I came in one day & asked about some durable chew toys because my dog just loves to rip up all his toys, with the help of one of the staff members, I purchased a new toy for my buddy & he loves it! (+ some treats on the side)
There is a self-​wash station; for about $ 10 you get the supplies you need. The place itself isn’t as big as the one on Highland or East H st, but it’s definitely still a great place!
