Jim did a great job on a hack-​clean up for one of my clients a year ago, so when another one’s sites was having issues I went to him. He assisted over the 4^th of July weekend, was very responsive and did his best to remedy the problem. During the craziness, which wasn’t as smooth as the first hack, he moved us to his hosting as he saw major problems with our current hosing. We haven’t looked back to our old host. We also have noticed a big improvement in the performance and speed of our site and LOVE being able to get a hold of a real person when we need help. Thanks Jim! I must repeat that this was a MAJOR HACK! My hosting company had this case already for 4 days with no resolution.
