I usually love this place, however the cashier treated me extremely rudely after I found out that they need ID with the card I was using. This card belonged to my girlfriend, but I offered to use the 4 digit pin, still wasn’t good enough. So because that was my only way of paying I was turned down and had to take my business else where l, which sucks because I was looking forward to their fries.

Haven’t been to a Rally’s in forever. I live in the north county/inland area and the only one I remember visiting was the location in Poway back in the 90s. Anyway, i work part-time in Spring Valley and when lunch time came around, I was beyond starving. I searched«fast food» on the Unilocal app, and once I saw Rally’s, my eyes lit up and simultaneously, my stomach started to growl. I knew right then that’s where I was going. One of the reasons i chose this place was convenience. The location was nearby, easily accessible with 2 drive-thru windows to place your order. Also, i got tired of eating the same old burgers from Mcdonalds, Jack in the Box, Carls Jr, etc. I figured, Why not eat at a place that’s reminiscent of my childhood upbringing? They have a large variety of menu items to choose from. I opted to go with the Cheese Champ burger, with bacon added. $ 1.00 for 2 strips was worth it only because the bacon pieces were huge and crispy. The combo came with delicious seasoned fries(no reg fries served there which was fine by me) and a medium soft drink which is equivalent to a Large at other fast food restaurants. The service was great, nothing to complain about. Cashier at the window was nice and friendly. All in all, it took less than 5 mins from beginning to end. Needless to say, i devoured the meal in its entirety with no ill feelings of shame or guilt afterwards. Will come back next time I’m in the area without a doubt!

Went today to pick up lunch for me and my co workers. The girl at the register must have allergies her nose was running and eyes were watery… she kept rubbing her eyes and wiping her nose with her hand, then she would go over and bag the food after the others made it… gross

Very great food but I’m giving it a one start for the horrible customer service. I get it its fast food and I’m not expecting amazing service but the girl who took my order was just so RUDE her name is ASHLEY! she literally sighed as she was speaking with me and had a bad attitude. Worst experience I’ve had at a drive through. Bye rally’s your not that great anyways!

We ordered two bacon crispy cheese double burgers and 2 different types of fires. What we got was 2 bacon cheddar crisp burgers. Was extremely disappointed, since we were looking forward to trying it.

You would think that having 2 drive thru Windows,(passenger and driver side pick up) would be faster fast food then others, I guess I thought wrong. It’s what’s expected out of a fast walk up and/or drive thru. Food is pretty good, especially the fries. Customer service is just, they do put on a smile. I usually just come here for their XL fry cup, seasoning is pretty awesome.

Best fries ever! My food is always hot when I receive it and always fresh. I think they charge too much for sauces especially when half the time they forget to give them to you. Apple pies are also quite good.

I can’t give a fast food place a five star, I just can’t because it’s fast food. But try the fries! Yum. They always have good fountain coke too!

I love rally’s, this one is ok but the food tastes about the same. Definitely hopping at night, kid who took our order was very friendly and courteous and we received our order hot and quick. Eat with confidence.

Came here for the first time with no expectations. I ordered a bacon and cheese champ medium combo with a cherry coke. The drive thru speaker box was apparently broken so an employee was taking the orders which didn’t give me much time to really look over the menu. After placing my order and pulling around I regretting not taking the time to look at the menu better because a desert I saw on the pictures looked so tempting. My order was already waiting for me when I got to the pick up window which was nice. I paid $ 7.87 which I feel is a little steep for what I got. The burger was small with a thin beef patty and there was no bacon! I didn’t open the buger till after I had left and didn’t have time to go back. I checked the receipt and made sure it said bacon cheese champ. The fries on the other hand, where delicious. They were crispy but gooey on the inside didn’t taste like greese.

Decent pricing on their food and they offer a good selection. I choose to park and walk up to order my food. Then sat outside to enjoy my meal. Funny conversations of people standing in line for food and at the tables. The burgers and fries were good. They have two drive up windows. Both windows seemed to be busy. If learned something new while I was at this Rally’s! If you walk up and order food they accept EBT cards! They advertise this fact. When I told my co-workers that I had seen this sign and thought the EBT was for groceries not fast food she told me that other places do the same. This made me wonder if that was why the walk up line was long. Or if it was the good food.

I LOVERALLY’S! I grew up eating this! From moving back I had to come here. Got the baconzilla! It was so good the cheese was oozing out! The fries, there is something their fries that can’t be compared to anything else! They have apple pies I believe they are 2– $ 1! There’s no sit down restaraunt indoors just outside and you order– walk up!

I really wish I could rate them higher but it’s not going to happen. Hey Jonathan, maybe you should try getting my order right the FIRSTORSECONDTIME I tell it to you. I told him that I ordered a large and he gave me mediums. then instead of offering to fix it, just walks away and says sorry. THEN he didn’t even give me the full order and walked away without my milkshake. HEROLLEDHISFREAKINGEYESANDGAVEUSATTITUDEFORWANTINGOURORDERTOBECORRECT. I’m sorry Rally’s but until you get better service, you just lost a lot of business.

Love their fries! Honestly everything is great here. There aren’t too many locations around like McDonald’s so I’m happy it’s close by my work! They also have really yummy milkshakes :) never too long of a wait

Man oh man! So late one night, I was hella craving a burger. But I didn’t want a McDonald’s burger, and all the other burger joints were far and closed. I was browsing through Unilocal and saw this gem. I totally wasn’t aware that this location was still in existence! Growing up, my grandpa LOVED this burgers and we grew to love them too, so I was pretty excited to go back to memory lane and have that Rally burger. Surprisingly, the Rally burger was on their value menu so I got 2 and ordered medium fries. TELLMEWHY no one has reminded me how BOMB their fries are! Ohhhhh, they are seasoned SO good! If I ever become obese, I’ll blame their fries!

Just go for the french fries! I believe that Spring Valley is lucky to even have a Rally’s/Checker’s location. They continuously try to add new items to their menu, but the fries are all that matters. These 4 stars are earned based on their fries. They don’t have amazing customer service, fastest drive-thru…it’s all about the damn fries! it is also cool that they have 2 drive-thru lanes. One only works if you have a passenger, haha. Only in the hood! love it! They do take card btw! You don’t expect that from a small establishment. But this place has been here for years! If you want a burger from this area, go to Charley’s.

Rally fries, you can’t go wrong. Tonight the wait was non-existent, we drove up placed our order and by the time we got to the window our order was ready. Ordered the special by the way, two for three bucks. A rally burger and a fish sandwich and everyone was happy. Another good night at Rallys.
