DJ Jon Beezy

Jon was AWESOME! I recently took over handling the Father/​Daughter dance for my daughters elementary school and Jon has been used by my predecessor for several years now. He was INCREDIBLE! Catering to 200 screaming little girls, tearing it up on the dance floor was something adorable and hilarious to see. Jon had a great mix of tunes, completely catering to this young age — it was great! We anxiously look forward to having him back next year!!!

We used DJ Jon for our 25^th wedding anniversary party. He was recommended to us by a friend who heard him DJ at a wedding. I had never hired a DJ before so I had lots of questions & he patiently answered all my questions & didn’t flinch at any of my requests.
Because this was an 25^th anniversary party we had a lot of music that was more sentimental we wanted to hear which was not your typical party music. He made sure he played those songs throughout dinner which made the evening extra special & once dinner was over played all the best dance music. He was able to get some people out on the dance floor that I rarely see dance at events (my MIL for one.)
Jon was punctual with his arrival, set up & tear down. He is professional in his dress and grooming and in his communication with party goers, which was important to me. He seems perfectly comfortable with young & older party guests alike. He seems to really enjoy what he does which makes for a great experience for everyone. I would highly recommend DJ Jon for any event you need a DJ.

Well, Where to begin? Jon is extremely professional and talented, but also a crowd pleaser. We got so many compliments on the music that was played. He was great at keeping in contact with us before the wedding and he took care of everything. Apart from being an amazing dj, he’s also a great person and my husband and I were so grateful to have him be a part of our wedding day.

DJ Jon was exactly what you want for your wedding. Professional, friendly and great as a DJ.
His services include both the ceremony and reception music. He does not add on for each additional item, such as the use of microphones. His pricing is all inclusive.
When we first met with him, he provided us with a list of popular song choices, which was great to use as a starting point for a playlist (and a do not play list). He also gave us a list of song specific events to consider such as the first dance, bridal bouquet toss and anniversary dance.
With the microphones he provided at the ceremony, our guests could all hear our vows. At the reception, he provided the microphones for the speeches and kept our dance floor going all night. He also called out the tables for the buffet dinner line we had.
While we did pay him in cash, he does accept credit cards, which we quickly learned is not common.
We would hire him again if we had it all to do over.

Jon was amazing! I have been planning weddings for a long time! When my cousin asked me to help plan his wedding, of course I said yes. I had not planned any weddings in San Diego in my career, so I did not have my usual preferred vendors. I looked around several trusted sites, and ultimately chose to go with Jon based on his Unilocal reviews.
The wedding was to be planned in a very short period of time, and Jon was efficient with my time and our email communications were easy and simple. Jon adapted easily to our situation and since he knew that I would be planning the wedding did not ask for un-​necessary forms. Based on his organization, I knew that if I needed additional planning he was capable of handling this aspect. He was able to communicate with me regarding my timeline of events and was agreeable to the bride and grooms requests.
Little did I know just how adaptable Jon was! The day of was a bit chaotic, with heavy rain in San Diego. But Jon has a way with crowds. He was able to quickly assess the crowd and adapt to their style. He has a great charismatic personality and made the bride and groom feel very comfortable. Jon has a professionalism that makes you feel like you have known him all your life, AND feeling confident in his skill and talent. He does not second guess himself and makes everyone feel like they are welcome.
We had a lunch time wedding, and he knew how to make the music atmosphere feel appropriate. He was able to adapt to last minute changes and make you feel at ease about his service.
I was THOROUGHLY impressed by Jon and I am anxious to work with him again soon!!! He was affordable, and I never worried about his dependability because he communicated so well with me throughout the planning process. If you are looking to book a DJ for your event I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Dj Jon Beezy was so easy to work with. He was just one of those people that you felt like you knew for a long time. He was very organized and was able to give me an invoice within a week of booking him and also provided all the necessary planning worksheets to create a successful song list. Of course I didn’t get that to him until the few days before our wedding, but he still killed it. He was able to read my crowd and tell what kind of music they wanted to dance to. We also gave him a unique list of songs to play during the cocktail hour and dinner (definitely not top 40) and he was still able to deliver and exceed our expectations. He was able to provide us with music that still fit mine and my husbands personality, but create an environment that all of my guests felt comfortable in. I have already started suggesting his services to all of my friends. I could not recommend him more.

What can I say about Jon Breezy that hasn’t already been said. We booked him for my daughter’s superhero costume party. Not only was the music great, he even dressed up in a costume! That’s commitment. He doesn’t get annoyed like a lot of DJs when you ask him to play a song you like. He kept the party jumping all night. My daughter said «it was one of the best nights of my life». If the DJ sucked I’m sure she would have felt differently. If you need a DJ, book Breezy. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I booked Jon Beezy for our wedding, which was on April 11^th. We were referred to him by my husband’s cousin. We are so glad Jon had our wedding date available, especially since we contacted him less than 2 months before the wedding.
Jon is such a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and dependable. He is punctual, he arrived to the venue right on time. We were impressed that he set up his dj system in little time and was ready to start playing music immediately.
All the guests at our wedding raved about how great of a job Jon did. We can say without a doubt, that there wasn’t anyone that was disappointed with his music mixes and selections. He knew all the right songs to play to get our guests dancing. He definitely knows how to cater to all backgrounds and genres of people.

We were stressed and pressed for time with other things concerning the wedding, so it was nice knowing Jon had an exceptional reputation.
We are so happy we contacted Jon, thanks to him and his dj skills, our wedding was a hit! Our wedding was such a memorable occasion for us. We would not hesitate to refer him as a dj. We hired DJ Jon Beezy to DJ our 5^th year anniversary party.
From the get go, we knew it was a great choice. Before the event, he made sure to check in, get a list of songs we would like to hear, and provide us with a run down of the type of music he plays.
For the reception part of the party — he played some good mellow background music that kept the atmosphere happy and fun.
Once we started the dancing he KEPT people dancing until the very end. I did not think there would be that many people out dancing, but his music choice kept them coming out! From the oldest to the youngest, everyone had a great time. One thing that stood out to me is that the music he plays is family friendly, but not at all boring. He really has a great selection of fun and clean music that everyone of all ages can enjoy.
It was a pleasure working with Jon and he is now our go to DJ for any events we have in the future.

DJ Jon Beezy is an all around great DJ! He guides you through the whole process. We had our event at a private residence in Del Cerro, and he made sure that the guests could hear & enjoy everything — the music, He’s not just a great DJ, but also a great improvisational Master of Ceremonies.
Most importantly everyone danced their butts off for hours and had a great time! Through his professionalism throughout the whole process, continuous e-​mail updates, his event day coordination, the best sound equipment, and of course the music, I have no doubt we picked the best DJ for our event and he was within our budget on top of it all!
