I have been going to Perkins for years for breakfast lunch and dinner We went today for a club sandwich that I have had may times before The menu said new ultimate club there were no pictures of the Sandwich so when you think of a club sandwich you think of three Slices of bread with turkey bacon lettuce and tomato what came out Was 2 slices of bread some turkey a small piece of tomato one slice Of lettuce and one slice of bacon talked to manager who blamed it on Corporate saying it was their fault. First I think it is false advertising Everyone knows what a club sandwich is supposed to be if they are going to change the sandwich they at least should have a picture or someway of letting you know what you are getting. The manager handled this terribly and was indifferent to our concerns. After going here for years they just lost me as a customer but I don’t think they really care.

Maureen was our server. She was so friendly and lively. Breakfast was better than any we have had in a long time. Both of us had basic eggs bacon pancakes potatoes. Couldn’t have been more enjoyable. We are breakfast people.

The food was good and the service was prompt. However the older lady manager here was quite crude. There was a homeless person walking through the parking lot and the manager decided that she should poke fun of this man. Saying outlandish things and gossiping with the waitress about him. I can’t believe how insensitive she really was especially on the day before Christmas. This woman needs a harsh reality check. As she’s only a manager at a rum down Perkins restaurant.

Love Perkins! Clean and free birthday breakfast#! They even have eggs in a piece of bread and bacon and I think hash brown, only $ 4.00. Staff is very friendly too.

Upon entering the foyer the smell of urine was pungent. We entered the restaurant and the smell of old wet moldy floor was worse. Let’s hope the food is better then the smell. Once opening my sugar packet it became clear that everything was damp.

Hard to go wrong with Perkins. The service here is nice and the food is average or better. You will have a good time here but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary. I do like places that leave a pot of coffee at the table.

Been here twice since we moved a month ago. Great service. Clean. Interactive, attentive and polite servers. Large portions. Large selection on menu. Great for breakfast. Also enjoyed lunch there too. Bakery items were fair priced and delicious! Impressed ;)

My review is in response to the 1B4 me(Mariana), I’m here on a Sunday morning 9:15 am and had no wait at all. There are a few 60−70ish elders here though. Perhaps the 80’s crowd«moved on»??? Which may explain the speedy service. Seriously though, from the time I parked my car to having finished my breakfast, and drove away… It was 28 minutes. My food was good & cooked as requested. The server was very attentive. What more could you ask for?

Yes, yes — visiting home and bored enough to review the favorite hang out of all those 80+ in Spring Hill on a Friday night. This Perkins would be so much better if I wasn’t in constant fear that someone in the room will keel over and die at any minute. As far as food and service goes, they’re both just fine. Very typical chain-restaurant fare. But there are 2 good things about Perkins that keeps my family and I coming back to brave the elderly crowds time after time: 1 — It’s just about the only place you can be seated without a wait in the area on a Friday night between 6 and 8. This town is hopping and my family is impatient. But there is always lots of room at Perkins on a Friday night(the same is not true, however, for Sunday mornings)! 2 — Four words: Breakfast. Served. All. Day. Need I say more?
