I’m new to the area and Burger King is not one of my favorite places to eat at, but we decided to grab a quick bite to eat. We order our food and I went to take the my kids to the play area while my husband waits for our order. As, I was walking I seem a mouse run right in front of me, I was disgusted and walked quickly to the cashier and told her what I seen and asked for my money back Bc I wasn’t going to eat at this place bc it’s dirty!!! The girls response was«oh, I’m sorry about that and walked away.» Then she told another co-worker and the manager. I waited 10−15mins to get my refund because the manager continued to make the drive-thru orders and other sit down orders as well. She then told the girl at the front counter to get my refund to me, she could of told the other girl to get my refund sooner, so I didn’t have to wait on her. I wanted to give no stars, but Unilocal tells you to a least give one star, one star bc I got my money back. I WILLNEVEREATHEREAGAIN!!!

They have a worker in the front who is the friendliest and kindest worker I have ever seen. Best fast food experience I have ever had in terms of service. Totally blown away

This particular Burger King has an amazing team member. Michael is one that goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and his team mates are supported. Today, I went in(I haven’t been there in quite a while) and as soon as I walked in, he welcomed me like an old friend. He remembered me and even mentioned that he hadn’t seen me in a long time. He is always smiling and is always so happy to help people. His service makes all the difference!
