I brought my ’14 Subaru Impreza to Watts for a bent wheel back in November 2015. They informed me the wheel had a flat spot and it would take a few hours to repair.
Unfortunately, the repair lasted the entire day and I hung around Spokane for the entire day (drove up from Pullman). However, the wheel repair man had to head home for a little due to the extreme power outage caused by the wind storm. I doubt they usually misjudge repair times much and I just had bad timing. Fortunately the Rocket Bakery across the street was a nice hangout since their waiting room left a lot to be desired.
Now that the bad is out of the way, the employees were all very friendly, the repair was reasonably priced, but most importantly my wheel was repaired successfully. I’ve now rotated my tires twice since and there is no vibration throughout the car or in the steering wheel as there was before.
I recommend Watts for your repair needs, specifically bent wheels. Thanks for saving me $ 500 on a new wheel!

I’ve been coming to Watts for a few years now. I brought my car in for an oil change recently. They overturned the drain plug and stripped it. I appreciated that they owned up to it and replaced the oil pan at no charge.

I’ve been taking my cars here for work I can’t do at home for about seven years. They have always done a good job on repairs and maintenance, and sometimes leave my car cleaner than when I brought it in. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is there was one time when I was told to drop off the car between 7:30 and 8, but no one was there until 8am. And if it’s important that you get called the minute your car is finished, you need to be very explicit about that.
But seriously, the work is top-​notch. And take some time to check out the historic photos in their office — they’ve been repairing wheels in Spokane since before there were cars in Spokane!

I love you. You saved me today. My brain has gotten the better of me more times than I care to admit in the form of forgetting my keys in the ignition. Fortunately, this time, I was parked across the street from a mechanic.
Robert was able to help me break into my car and retrieve my keys. I was still late for class, but I was able to leave. (Not that I was going to be on time anyway, but that’s neither here nor there.)
Sidenote: Thanks, Spokane, for seeing someone «breaking into» my car and not saying anything. Granted, I was standing right there, but everyone looked at the situation with concern, but no one said anything. *shrug*
