Walker’s Furniture & Mattress

I’ve heard nothing but great reviews from Walkers. I wished my husband and I came to Walkers first instead of Mor Furniture (across the street). You get what you pay for. I do not mind the extra few dollars more than to go through what my husband and I are going through. My husband and I are veterans. I am a disabled veteran here in Spokane. We just moved to Spokane over the summer and in the fall we purchased a 3 bedroom furniture set from Mor that has literally fallen apart. I am a disabled veteran and to date, I’ve even responded to their head quarters offices and they have not responded in regards to my complaint. As soon as I am straight by tax season… we are coming over to Walkers. I am so sorry I did not chose Walkers as opposed to Mor. I am going for surgery on the 14^th of Jan, 2016 and we still have not a bed to sleep on since Christmas day. We are waiting for repairs from their repair department. I am hearing nothing but great reviews and first hand of seeing Walkers furniture by friends we just met here in town. I am so sorry Walkers that I did not come to your showroom, than Mor’s.

We bought a living room suite from Walkers nine years ago. Its a cinnamon leather sectional and cherry end tables and a matching triangle coffee table that raises up.
We love them! They have held up beautifully. The leather is great quality and raising three boys and all their friends it has withstood the wear and tear it received and still looks fabulous.

The owner of Walker has gone out of his way to apologize an. Make things right after our terrible experience. I appreciate that and may just have to consider shopping there again.

Bought a mattress from them today and Anna, (our salesperson) was fantastic! She was very knowledgable, honest, and not pushy.
We went to Northwest Bedding after to compare prices and found the sales rep to very arrogant and condescending.
Went back to Walkers and purchased my mattress set with 24 mo interest free financing. They threw in a couple of $ 175 pillows and free delivery and are going to dispose of my old mattress too. I really wanted a cute Serta sheep and forgot it on my way out :(. Called them and she said she would mail it to me! Now that’s customer service ;)

Totally rude, when my family and I walked in the employees just looked at us and ignored us, then people came in right behind us and we’re immediately helped

My husband and I bought our bed frame and mattress at Walker’s Furniture and had an excellent experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff really made the purchasing experience great. The salesman Sy gave us great service, really listening to our wants and needs and made recommendations based on those. Delivery was on-​time and the deliverymen were fast and careful not to mark anything up in our home. We will definitely purchase more furniture at Walker’s.

Excellent prices and the sales people are extremely honest! Delivery was soooo super fast, and it arrived BEFORE the scheduled time. I will definitely be back for more.
