Just switched to Verizon and the experience at this store was great. Everyone in the store is very helpful and even when I got an SD card they helped me put it in and figure out how to make it work when it wasn’t working.

Came by a couple times in a short period of time. Not greeted until I approached someone during my second visit. Normally when I visit a Verizon store(valley or south hill), I am greeted quickly and someone lets me know they’ll be right with me. I was in the store on the south hill the other day, and they gladly took my case off to change a screen protector. However, between last week(when I got the screen protector) and now, my case broke and I went in to get a new one at the downtown store. The girl(whose name I won’t mention) told me she couldn’t take off my case, because if she damages the phone taking it off, she’d be liable. I had extreme difficulty taking it off as well. I was unsuccessful and said«ok, well I guess I will not exchange the case and take my phone and go»… She finally asked two co-workers to do it and the second was able to. What’s the policy here Verizon? Are they or aren’t they allowed to take off a phone case ?! If so, who«can» and«can’t»? So frustrating…

Thank you Justin for making my experience of upgrading my phone as painless as was possible! I was greeted immediately and all my questions answered, plus a few I didn’t know I had answered as well. This was simply the most polite and helpful Verizon store I have EVER been in.

Sorry Verizon. You won’t see me in this store again. Unless I feel the need to be completely ignored by someone. Later.
