The people at this Starbucks are always so nice. Great place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee and friendly people.

We live in Nine Mile Falls This Starbucks is Our Favorite of all the ones we have been to. Its A Sweet Cozy Place to Meet up with Friends and Family and enjoy each others Company and an amazing cup of Coffee and Nummy Pastries, Breakfast Sandwiches, and even Lunch.
The Staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home (like your a part of their family) You walk in the employees are smiling and really seem to LOVE their Job which has everything to do with their Manager Bruce You can tell the really respect him. I love the employees enthusiasm of making their customers coffee and making sure each and every customer get exactly what they order and their sincere concern if a mistake (which happens occasionally) has been made they are quickly on it. Every time my husband and I go in they ask for our name so when your coffee is made you go to get and you hear 1 espresso with caramel syrup (or whatever you order) For (Kim) leaving you feeling that it was especially made for you!

Rating based solely on this particular location. Not their coffee, cuz it’s always good. But this place badly needs a smarter interior designer. The new chairs are cheap and wobbly. And for the love… why isn’t there a garbage can near the door? There’s so much space, why not put a garbage can near the door so we can throw away trash on the way out? And no can outside either… weird. It’s like they care more about how the place looks than functionality.

Nice Starbucks very convenient to shopping and our neighborhood. Only had maybe one instance in 4 years where my order was not perfect. Usually pretty crowded on the weekends. Wish they had a more extensive menu as not all choices on the website can be found in the store but that’s due to its remote location. All in all a good place to grab a drink or bite.

I always order lattes from Sbux. This location’s lattes are usually burnt. My boyfriend often gets other flavored drinks and he’s not a fan either because the syrups are not well mixed. There are better Starbucks around…

Normal starbucks coffee, but their drive through is quick and pleasant. The lines are much shorter than any place on francis
