I’d give this Starbucks no stars if possible! The drive thru girl gave us another persons order and when we corrected her she yelled at us and rolled her eyes. Then when we where paying she actually told us to have a better attitude, rolled her eyes again, and closed the window and mouthed some vulgar words. To top this off There is just a really bad vibe when you go in there as well. The workers are more stressed and are mean. This is why we tried the drive thru. Oh well.

This place was nice as far as Starbucks go. The barista was obviously new but she explained to me the Opera promotion going on. It was clean and the coffee was okay — my first pumpkin latte of the season! Always a good time.

Things have gone way down hill at this Starbucks. Chatting with each other and obvious friends who have stopped in has replaced cheerful efficient service. It was so bad that I haven’t even tasted my coffee and this visit has left a bad taste in my mouth.

No sleep. Needed a quick coffee. 5 mile Starbucks got the vanilla latte order wrong. Drink was watered down. Couldn’t even taste the coffee, which is unusual since Starbucks usually over roasts the coffee and has a burnt taste. Not this time. Vanilla hot water more like it. Starbucks was never my first choice and ill never be back to this location for sure. Sad I can’t give this a zero star.

Well things have gone down hill at 5 Mile. Drinks are not consistent. I have actually had to tell the barista how to make a standard drink that has been on the Starbucks menu since Starbucks was started. There seems to be a lack of adequate training for new baristas.
