Ok don’t know why I stop here gotta be one of the unfriendliest Starbucks ever slow never get the orders correct and even the patrons are too much I’m sitting there and 10 min. later some guy comes up and claims he saved the seat. Should have gone out of my way and went to the Heritage one

Taste your drink before paying. This location is the most inconsistent. Barista training needed badly here. Company products are great and the atmosphere always pleasant.

I’ve been going Starbucks 7 days/​week for years so I’m familiar with what to expect. One thing that particularly stands out (and something that’s been the case during my seldom visits to this store over the years) is that the customer is often left waiting at the counter in silence until a barista is ready to help you. There’s never a, «one second, we’ll be right with you» or similar greeting and it always feels awkward. Having been to more stores than I can count (throughout San Francisco and Spokane), this store seems to be missing an element of training. ~90% of the times I have come to this store over the past 4 years have started with awkward silence.
Quick comment to the pretend ginger (dyed-​hair): don’t say, «I know you have a treat receipt because people always get the pricey drinks when we have the treat receipt promotion *fake giggle*». I’ve been ordering the same drink for years and, in fact, the treat receipt I use has the exact same drink that I just ordered. I’m annoyed by the implication that I’m, say, buying a $ 2 drink and returning for a $ 6 drink later in the day. It’s all there on the receipt.
Overall, despite my complaints, this Starbucks is a good one. Pleasant vibe (heavy on the soccer mom-​types). It gets busier than your average Spokane Starbucks but it’s the last northern Starbucks for many miles so it fits.

This is an ok Starbucks when it comes to drinks — but don’t plan on getting any work done. Its one of the Starbucks where 50% of the time, their AT&T Internet is not working. Aggravating to say the least. I work from home and sometimes its nice to head out for a different environment for an hour or so. Nothing worse than getting over there and discovering that once again their Internet is not communicating. Startucks at airports and in major cities never seem to have this issue, but I do see it in some of these provincial cities. Surprising since it is 2012.

Good location. Updated interior. Friendly and capable baristas. Your average Starbucks…
