Recently renovated and oh so cozy. I like this Starbucks because they have the friendliest Starbs baristas I’ve ever encountered! From Seattle to San Francisco to LA to New Orleans and even all the way in Puerto Rico, this Starbucks is the one. Make sure to sign up for the Starbucks Rewards program using your phone app. You can earn free stuff through it! Just ask your barista about it.

This has been the most friendliest and most helpful starbucks I have ever been too! They messed up on my drink so I went back in and politely told them what happened, and not only were they super nice about it but they let me keep my old drink and gave me a new one! They also gave me a gift card for a free coffee. Now THAT is great customer service!

Awesome Starbucks, awesome baristas, awesome service. Umm… Did I say awesome? Being the north Starbucks location on the way out of town, this location can get busy, but the girls(and couple guys) here know how to handle the crowds. Very rarely are you left waiting for very long to get an order in. Most baristas have been here for a couple years or more, which makes it a faster and more streamlined experience.

Out of salt for salted caramel mocha? That’s sad Starbucks.

Crowded location and not very nice baristas. They would rather gossip and pretend you’re not standing right there. If the drive thru line is long and you go inside, I swear you will be their last priority, therefore making your overall stay longer than if you had just waited in the long drive thru line. They also don’t know what«extra caramel sauce» means. If you don’t mind below average baristas and waiting for your coffee, this Starbucks is okay. The inside is nicely decorated.

For the past five years I have been going to this Starbucks for my morning break. I usually order a coffee and pastry and read the Inlander. Lately, I have been ordering the breakfast sandwiches. They are a little expensive, but made with tasty ingredients. Gouda cheese, and black forest ham for example. The past week or so, there has been trouble. I ordered my sandwich selection, and was told it would be brought out to me. However, after ten minutes of waiting, I found my lonely sandwich bagged and waiting at the end of the counter. I had to ask if this was my sandwich just hanging out. The next day I ordered the breakfast sandwich and coffee. I got my coffee, but ended up being forgotten completely. After waiting a few minutes, I had to ask for my sandwich again. This week, I ordered the sandwich again and paid for it. I gave the same cashier a tip. I hoped it would persuade her not to forget me again. However, she completely forgot my sandwich. I drank my coffee and left without receiving or asking for it. I’m not a bad person. I’m neither rude, nor extra friendly, What’s going on? Did I do something wrong? I guess, I don’t deserve a sandwich. I do want my $ 3.58 and tip money back though.
