Stuck facing a four hour delay, stopped at Starbucks for a drink and snack. The gal who took my order seemed to be too busy to take my order, almost as though she was trying to end her shift and get out. Anyway, she got the order, collected my payment and told me my order would be ready at the end of the counter-standard Starbucks procedure I thought. She did offer me my receipt, and foolishly, I declined. After a brief time, my drink was ready-and it was exactly what I ordered. However, nobody remembered that I had ordered a snack(slice of banana bread to be exact), and not having a receipt, I just walked away empty handed. So, basically, I paid a lot of money for a cup of coffee and some less than desirable service quality.

Very evident that everyone who works here hates their lives. I’m sure working in an airport with travelers that are often demanding or crabby is taxing, but they should all get out of a customer service position as soon as possible.

I have been coming here for some time now. I can understand some of the hit and miss comments as there is pretty regular employee turnover. By and large though I have had good luck here and have generally had very good service. The one thing about Starbucks is that the product is consistent even if the service is off. Always a good place to get your caffeine fix.

Very disappointed in the level of Starbucks customer service here at the Spokane airport location. Girl behind the counter was rude, coffee was poor & «company policy» did not allow them to fill my water bottle. The first and only Starbucks location I have visited that ever refused to fill a reusable water bottle.

Wish there was another coffee shop in the airport. Horrible service. Too much talking and no listening. Too many chiefs and no Indians. And the talking is amongst themselves. A shame… La Couer. Please come to the airport.

5:45AM. I am not awake yet, tho made it through tSA without losing my shoes! The 2 staff were pleasant, friendly well-groomed and the place was clean and well-stocked. My drink was perfect. I wrote a comment card to management I wa sso impressed by their good attitude and personal service. KUDOS

Starbucks is built on consistency, including service. Missing the corporate boat here. People were not friendly(cold shoulder like) at this location. Also this is the SLOWEST Starbucks location I’ve ever seen. Four people behind the counter, four waiting for drinks, and it took almost ten minutes to receive a tall frapp and tall hot chai. Crazy slow. At least the drinks tasted as they should, but I’ll buy off airport from now on.

I just had the Caprese & Prosciutto sandwich at this Starbucks and it was amazing! This sandwich was $ 7.79 and had just about $ 6 worth of prosciutto on it, let alone the fresh mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, and pesto! Well worth it, I definitely recommend it.

This is the HOME of Starbucks! Ok fine, this is not, but it’s in Washington State! I expected better service on a Friday morning. This has prime real-estate at the airport after security and has plenty of seating. My coffee and oatmeal were consistent, so no complaints there. My issue is with service. Only 1 person was there, trying to manage the early morning crowd running between the cash register and her machines… She wasn’t the best multi-tasker and could have communicated better with the line of people waiting patiently…
