I had a good experience with the physical therapist but a bad one with their billing /​patient financial services. Long story but they blamed my insurance for causing me to pay a $ 660 deductible. It turns out St Luke’s was charging as a facility rather than an office visit. The difference is subtle and I don’t fully understand other than they get more reimbursement. When I questioned them about it billing person blamed Obamacare. I tried to tell her that another office I found would charge me so they all I pay is a copay. She still blamed Obama. Finally when I cancelled all my appointments she said she would let my therapist know that my insurance billing was the reason. I said no, if you want to be honest, tell him that your billing office caused it.
