I asked them how much it would cost and they said it was covered by my insurance 100%. I told them I wanted to call insurance to confirm and they assured me that there was no need they had access to look it up. Sure enough I get a bill in the mail for well over $ 250 for a routine check up!!! I about had a heart attack, but was afraid because that would only cost me more! I called them up to dispute it and they said that I should have called insurance company and that’s not their responsibility, etc. DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS!

My child had an Xray done. We had to call 4 times to get results. Finally I got a call from the doctor. The results were complicated and technical. When I called back 10 minutes later I asked the nurse to read the report to me so I could write it down in order to relay the information to my husband. SHE REFUSED. She said she did not have time. I finally prevailed and got her to read it to me after I threatened to call the doctor instead. She was very curt about complying with my request. Not a great moment in customer service.
