Rosewood Club Apartments

Nothing gets done, maintenance doesn’t ever get around to anything, I have put in 5 work orders (fridge is barely working, dishwasher is collecting water at the bottom and after one day of nothing in there, it smells like rotten ass, there is an electrical outlet that’s popping out of the wall with exposed wires, the bathroom sink is holding water and not draining, and our bi-​fold closet doors came down on my two kids without provocation) and still after 6 months, none of them are done.
the «remodeling» that’s been happening since July, that was supposed to be done in September, is not even half way done. Gone is the fitness center, they won’t fix the dryers and washers because those are moving upstairs «soon».
The pool looks nice in the picture, but the sides of the pool are coming off and the maintenance didn’t keep up on cleaning it and got really gross.
I’ve lived here for 2 years and have seen cars broken in to, a women died from drug overdose, people dig through trash all the time, and there’s cops at the apartments more times than they should be due to shitty ass people.
