The store is clean and organized and the merchandise is very well marked. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to assist. Chris was great and explained how the store works. YOU NEED TO SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE.. I have been customer for more than 20 years. Started with them when I was a tiny user, then grew and grew to the point where I rarely ordered from them because I needed to go direct to factories, then, returned to them now as I am downsizing.

Rings and Things has always carried a diverse and expansive selection of findings and gemstones for jewelrymaking. They are open to suggestions for products or items they do not have and have always fufilled such requests of mine. The staff are always very courteous and helpful and go out of their way to make supply shopping both a successful as well as fun experience. They offer a wide variety of classes and all of the showroom staff are also knowledgeable about not only the products they carry but can point people in helpful directions for how to tackle problems with jewelrymaking or where to find solutions for making pieces with new techniques you might be unfamiiar with. Great business run by great staff.
