We booked a king suite and it was by far the nicest place we stayed at during our two-week vacation to the PNW. Lots of good lighting, excellent a/c, tv was easy to use and flatscreen was nice, bed was decent, and the minibar area was handy with the extra sink. Bathroom was comfortable and we extended our stay an extra day because of the overall comfort of the room. At the time we thought it was also partly due to less-than-satisfactory experiences prior to this lodging in our trip itinerary but in hindsight this hotel truly was one of the nicest we stayed at during our entire trip. Not far from restaurants and a mall, close to Spokane proper, and very convenient right off the highway. Everything felt fairly new about this place. Very good value at a budget price, excellent front desk staff, and easy access to I-90.

I would love to offer a full review of this hotel’s room and facilities, but apparently their website screwed up at least 3 other couples’ Valentine’s Day reservations as well as ours, so we never got the room we booked. Not only that, they already charged us the full price for the room(almost $ 200!) for services that were never rendered. I know computers mess up from time to time, but if you need to call to confirm everything anyway, why bother having a website? We will be bringing our business elsewhere from now on.

We went for a basketball tournament and the hotel was full of families attending for that event and a couple of others. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was better than most. Pool was closed the night we wanted to use it(we heard there was a chemical imbalance in the water). Our one real challenge(and the reason for the three stars) was upstairs the second night we stayed. It sounded like someone(s) were running in the room and jumping on and off the beds for hours while we attempted to sleep. In fact, it was the wee hours of the morning before we could get to sleep.

Booked this hotel through Priceline for a great price. Was a little worried being that it was pretty close to the freeway but never heard it. Hotel was clean(décor is a little dated) but clean and well appointed. Beds are typical hotel beds. Breakfast was good and offered some variety like eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal(would liked to have had some fresh fruit but it was free so I can’t complain too much). I would definitely stay here again.

I’m here right now. We rolled into town in the early afternoon and had no problem checking in. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and informative. There is a Safeway and Rite Aid right across the street. It’s kind of loud. There was a little kid running back and forth down the hallway on the floor above us and it was pretty damn thunderous. I can also hear some drunken guffaws in the room below me and it almost sounds like they’re in the room with me. The hotel itself is good. Clean rooms with 42″ LG LCDs, mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Very spacious. Cold AC. I would certainly stay here again if I should ever pass through Spokane.

A very average hotel, but with average prices. If you just need a place to stay the night that is reasonably comfortable — then this is your place. There’s ample parking, the rooms were spacious enough(small bathrooms though), and even had a fitness center and pool(that I didn’t get to try). They also have a free hot breakfast in the morning — which looked quite good(but again, didn’t try out). And the wi-fi was included which is rare these days with hotels. CON: On our overnight stay — it was really loud. Doors closing around you feel super loud. But other than that, staff was friendly — and enjoyed the free evening cookie at check-in. If you are looking for luxurious linens, updated décor, and a fancy restaurant/bar — then this isn’t your place. But good value for the money.

–Star rating is always in comparison to other similarly priced establishments– I can’t believe the previous reviewers. Crazy talk all around unless there’s been a massive overhaul. After a long day of driving you could have knocked me over with a feather when I saw the masseuse doing a chair massage in the front lobby. I quietly asked if she had an appointment after the man she was with and she offered me a chair or a table massage in her private room downstairs. Oh it was wonderful. And when I returned at the agreed time I was impressed that the masseuse and the front desk staff communicated with exactly what time they would expect her back. Safety, kids! Our room was spacious, clean, and with plenty of towels. After my massage my husband and I enjoyed the large jacuzzi and pool. We passed a huge gym that my husband wished he had known about while I was getting that massage. The next morning we headed to the dining room for our free breakfast. They had cook to order eggs! Really good food, above the other meals we’d had on the this trip(13 hotels in all). If I had any complaints it’s that the hotel was an absolute maze with very little signage to tell you were you were going. I got lost a time or two. The front desk clerk was also very brusque, but I don’t really care about that as once she gives you the key what contact will you have? We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ugh. We stayed here a few nights. Staff was very nice and accomodating, but the hotel is in dire need of updating. There is a foul odor throughout… like musty, moist air. Our room was upgraded to a suite, but the suite was kind of gross and hotter than heck on the fourth floor. Our keys also wouldn’t consistently work to open the door. We asked for another room within the first 20 minutes and they gladly accomodated us. We were given a nicer suite with a heart shaped bathtub. This room looked like it was straight out of a porno– it even had a big olé mirror above the bed(on the ceiling). It appeared to be cleaner, though it still smelled. Breakfast was congested and average at best. Not much to choose from. Internet was easy to use and fast enough; I found no restrictions. We will not be staying here again. I can’t get past the smell.
