As much as I Love love love being treated like a thieving piece of garbage I thought the manager Lydia(funny how another complaint on here mentions her as well… oops) was out of line when I tried to return a low quality piece of merchandise(I had my receipt) and shes has the audacity to say«well, now we have to mark it as damaged because YOU didn’t like it.» Wowza lady get your attitude in check. Needless to say, Micheal or Amazon will be getting my business from now on.

Today I was waiting in line to purchase a few items and I had my two small sons with me. They were behaving beautifully thank the lord because a woman trying to return an item was having a really chaotic experience with, of all people, THEMANAGER! The managers tone of voice was so rude it made the rest of us by standers in line shudder and want to look away. The woman was questioning why she had to put her PIN number in to receive her money back on her debit card and the manager was so completely and utterly RUDE to her and was huffing and puffing and grabbed the debit card machine and said loudly for everyone to hear«OKAY! That’s it! I’m writing REFUSESTOSIGN!!» And the customer was in tears. Instead of gently explaining in the nicest way possible to the CUSTOMER(who they are supposed to cater to!) she was short, not helpful, demeaning and offensive. Luckily a different person rung up my purchases because I did not want her to even speak to me. She is a disrespectful old lady and LYDIA the manager needs a new job! Not one with the public!!! I’ve had my own encounter with her before where she treated me poorly too. I feel so sorry for the customers who are just trying to have a regular shopping experience.

Had my fabric cut by an inexperienced salesperson. Her error cost me another yard of fabric(10.99/yd), and they refused to cover the cost, despite the fact they admitted to the obvious error. Be very careful… save your receipt… measure when you get home before washing or beginning your project. Bad experience… they are a national business and were unwilling to do the right thing! That s what happens when you have a monopoly ! Boo, hiss!
