I just can’t rely on the product this company provides to us. Their customer service has left matters unresolved for months. I have tried to reach customer service managers and been given the run around. When I asked for an executive I was told they were all out of the office and no one above the first level of intake callers was available to assist with our technical problem. I was then informed that they were short staffed today and overwhelmed in the customer service department. My call lasted over an hour and resolved nothing and I never got past the first level of support, nor did they explore the issues we were having with their system. My staff and I are at their mercy right now.
