My husband and I stopped in with some basic questions regarding phone upgrades. Normally, we just call the customer service line, but thought we might as well stop. The employees basically just told us to call the hotline after about 10 minutes of back and forth with questions from us and not helpful input from them. Keep driving and just make the call.
