Camp Body & Paint

I was a little confused when I was referred to Camp Body & Paint when needing repairs on my wife’s Outback. I learned that they are a part of the Lithia Group and I’m glad they stuck with a name that’s recognizable to the area and not changing the name. I’ve known the Camp name my whole life and hope it stays that way.
Brought my vehicle in for minor repairs because someone had hit it while they were pulling into an parking space. The repairs were quick and easy and the staff were all super friendly and easy to work with. I initially had a rental car set up through Enterprise but they did not arrive to the shop so The body shop offered to set me up in one of their vehicles. At first, we were given a Chevy Trax to use… one of the worst vehicles I’ve ever driven and very poor design. Quality of the vehicle horrible. The drove it the day we were expecting to return it but wouldn’t since the insurance check had not arrived. I mentioned that the vehicle had a very strong cigarette smoke smell and was offered a different vehicle. The process was quick and easy and they were so willing to make me happy!
The pick up: Initial impressions is they did great work but I won’t be able to really see it until I can wash my car (waiting 90 days).
Customer service: Superb, they really exceeded my expectations. My car was detailed inside minus a few spots. It was so clean, made me feel like I was sitting in my new vehicle again! The guys went as far as to take all my things out of the storage spaces clean those out and replace them.
I know where I’m taking my business in the future!

As a general rule I hate car dealers, mechanics and just about anything car related. This will be my first positive review of something car related. I had my first accident in 15 years and ended up here. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went. I feel like my car looks great. I was really happy with the people. Melissa? At the front desk was very helpful, friendly and competent. Tony? Did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the repair process. The communication with my insurance company was perfect as far as I could tell. There is nothing (reasonable) that would have improved this experience.

I’ve gone here twice to get my car fixed after fender-​benders. I was very impressed with their service the first time, so came back again. Am even more impressed, this time! The work they did was priced just as they estimated (and it was incredibly inexpensive!) and they fixed it on time. Staff was friendly & helpful. But the really amazing thing is that when I went to pick up my car, not only was it washed & polished (including tires!), but the inside was vacuumed, amor-​alled, windows washed, etc. And I had a ton of stuff floating around the back seat, which they nicely boxed all up for me when they cleaned. Amazing! Really great! Though I hope I don’t have need of their services again real soon, I’ll definitely go back!
