So I find myself at odds on being the new Duke of this establishment. Yes, my wife and I would like a frequent fixer punch card. Unfortunately the citizens of Spokane keep hitting our cars in parking lots and not leaving notes.
That said we have had no issues with Craig’s and the work they have completed on our vehicles. The office staff have been friendly and they do a nice job working w/​insurance so you don’t have to.
The workmanship on the vehicles has been excellent and long term (yes, we have that covered too) the work has held up. Pricing may come in a bit higher than other shops but as far as I’m concerned it is worth it.

Used 3 times over the last several years. Has always been honest and competent. Good customer service and follow through. Prices were reasonable to good. Was recommended by our long time mechanic, and I have NO problems recommending to others.
