I came into the store last week to pick my wedding gown out. Brooke was so so helpful! She made my experience all I could have hoped for, and though I did not purchase that day, there is no person or store is rather shop at to find the gown of my dreams! Brooke, Jennifer, and Tyona were the best and I will recommend them to anyone!

Great day picking out my wedding dress. My consultant Nicole listened to my likes amd wants in a dress and picked out some amazing dresses. She even made some suggestions and brought different styles. I ended up picking one I never would’ve picked myself. Nicole and the other consultants made this day special and a day I will remember when I rang the bell!

went to the store with a friend to pick up her dress. we arrived on time and waited in the lobby, but got a call from the seamstress asking to reschedule bcuz we had missed our appt. that cleared up, they discussed some alterations and she kept hitting my friend with, «try this vail», «how about some jewelry for your hair», can you pay for these alterations up front?” once my friend said that she wouldn’t be spending anymore money just yet since we still have 6-​months + left until the wedding, she left and if was difficult to get her attention again. another thing: what’s with charging for the dress bag? I got my dress at David’s and know many who have and it’s great, but outside of finding the dress it’s just a bunch of dollar figures being thrown out and that personal touch gets lost in the process and you sort of leave feeling like just a number.
