They recently did new renovation and the place looks very clean and charming!
I always visit here whenever I go see my grandmother and always highly satisfied!
I have no idea how all these bad reviews came up with, but with not my experience. Also they have huge selection of colors and last very long too .
I will definitely go back !

I went to this place because my usual place was closed. I was seated with one lady who very roughly removed my current gel polish and filed my nails so fast and recklessly she made me bleed. She talked to the woman next to her the whole time and frequently looked toward her while filing, which caused her to run the emery board all over my cuticles and fingertips. After this, another woman came behind me, grabbed my jacket and told me to follow her to another seat. I guess the first lady’s appointment had arrived, so I got the boot. The second lady filed my nails (again) and wiped away the blood without comment. She proceeded to very quickly and very sloppily paint my nails, getting the dark color everywhere but my nails. She never cut my cuticles or anything you would expect from a manicure. She then scrubbed just the top of my hand with a scrub, told me to wash, then slapped some lotion on, filed the rough edges again and then told me to pay. I have never paid for a service like this without leaving a tip, but this place was just so horrible, I really didn’t even feel comfortable paying the $ 35 for the manicure. Oh, and as I was leaving, I watched the first woman using the nail file she drew blood with on the next woman. So. Bad. I will never go here again.

I’ve been going here for years for summer pedicures, but lately I’ve been hearing horror stories. Last year I started to feel like they were more interested in how many pedicures they can cram in vs. the quality. What really turned me off was one of the last times I went, the girl who did my nails was nasty. I’m friendly, don’t make demands and tip well over 20%, so there was no reason for that. I felt like she wanted to light my hair on fire the whole time and grunted when I said hello. Very uncomfortable. Sadly after 7 years of loyalty, after hearing terrible stories this year from three people who do not know each other, I will not be back.

I always knew this place was bad from my own personal experience but I got a gift card and wanted to use it. I went in for a regular manicure. The Asian lady that was taking me was standing over me while I was choosing a color. I sat down annoyed and this lady have me a manicure in less than five minutes. She was terrible! I was so mad. She didn’t even paint nice. I despise this place. Every time I go no matter who I go to it’s always bad. Save yourself some time or money and Go to elite or tlc down the road.

Not impressed at all. The manicure was one of the worst I’ve had. It seriously lasted all of five minutes. The manicurist abruptly filed my nails, barely buffed them, slapped some lotion on me and before I knew it she was asking me to pay! I actually had to ask her to buff two of my nails that were still jagged before she polished them and she gave me attitude about it. Then while getting my pedicure I noticed the polish on my thumb was all bubbly. When I alerted the pedicurist and asked if someone could fix it, her and another girl started talking about me in another language! She began to fix it and the manicurist noticed and thought I’d smudged. When I explained to her that the polish had bubbles in it she was rude and told me it was because of my nail! Whatever… don’t waste your money! $ 35 is not worth it… Oh also I’m not sure how clean the tools are since after the toe nail clipper was used on me it wasn’t put into any sterilizer but rather back in a basket where it looked like it would be used on the next customer.
