My pedicure looks great! I went here with my friend to get pedicures. The staff was helpful and very friendly. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely go back!

What a horrible experience. Was greeted with a grunt and it went down hill from there. The girl was rude and rough. Cut my cuticles twice and didn’t address it until I said I think I am BLEEDING. she didn’t clean it. Just wiped it. I hope I don’t lose my finger. I asked for a brown polish and she started to apply a reddish color. I said «this color is too red». She said «not red» I said I don’t like it. She grabbed my hand. Wiped off the polish and was rude. Never returning.

I had to update my review of this place. It’s still great but I have consistently noticed that each time my nail polish doesn’t last as long as other nail salons.

Nice salon and they did a decent job on my nails but I thought the staff was very rude. They were telling everyone who walked in they had to wait (which is understandable) but they said it as if they wanted them to just leave. They also were sending people away in a very rude way instead of politely saying that they didn’t have time and assisting potential customers with another time to come in. It was very uncomfortable for me to sit there and listen to how rude they were. As a new company, I would have thought that they would have excellent customer service to retain and attract new customers.

Good place for a «fast service», i got there and in 20 mins I was out with my manicure done. The nails looked good, average…
My problem is the costumer service, the girl who did my nails didnt even look in my face, and I made some comments that were totally ignored by her. It just made me feel really uncomfortable. I like good service of course, by I always go back to places that make me feel good. And I don’t think this is one of them… Too bad :(

Gorgeous new salon in Sparta. They’re currently running a few really good specials. Each nail desk is equipped with a vacuum ventilation system which sucks down any particles of product that come from the filing— not that this has ever prevented us women from stepping into a salon for mani-pedi’s– BUT I have to admit, it’s certainly a nice ‘added bonus’. Staff is friendly. They give a neck and upper back massage after your nail service. It’s great, but strong. So make sure if you know that you don’t enjoy ‘strong massages’, let them know before they begin so that you won’t feel awkward later if they are going too hard for your liking.
