Best pizza and best customer service especially the manager Patricia she is outstanding.

This Pizza Hut took forever to make the pizza we ordered the tables were not clean right away and they ran of lids for the cups

My pizza showed up smashed together and cold! Not happy considering it was a $ 12 pizza!

I have had several bad encounters with this Pizza Hut over the years; however, the latest one has given me reason to get on my soap box and warn the world about this Pizza Hut in particular.
Now I know, what does one expect from a chain restaurant that delivers pizza at the low price of $ 10. Well I must say a person should expect not to get ill from the pizza.
This Pizza Hut does not follow food safety standards as my family was violently ill after eating a supreme pizza one night.
I will not be a return customer, and would recommend anyone in the area call Pizza Plus, Domino’s, or even grab a Pizza! Pizza! on your way home.

The staff was very nice, service was quick and outstanding. When I received my pizza and opened the pizza box, it was as if light had stuck from the heavens and brouaght upon me this glorious extra Cheese, & chicken, stuffed crust pizza!!! So. Yeah it was good.

My aunt buys me pizza regularly so I don’t have to cook, and it’s usually a surprise. She has ordered online from this Pizza Hut a few times and I’ve never had a problem.
Today she ordered me a pizza and the delivery driver showed up and demanded I show him the card and ID. I tried explaining to him that my aunt buys it and I don’t have the card available, and he tells me he can’t give me the food.
Thanks for helping me starve Pizza Hut, you just lost a customer forever, even though you’ve never had a problem previously when the card is already authorized and charged.
UPDATE: Got double charged for the pizza I never got, and management claimed they had no clue why. I’m absolutely disgusted.

yuk. flavorless, gross texture, and just made me feel disgusting. The staff was nice, the pizza was ready when I got there, and it was cheap. Never again though. I can’t even explain why it was so bad. I mean after eating pizza you’re never really ready to run a marathon. But other pizza doesn’t make me want to off myself for my poor choices. If you’re gettting pizza in that area, spend the little extra and get Pizza Plus across the street.

Well lets see my grandkids are in town and want pizza from pizza hut, so I call and get put on call 2 times, call back a 3^rd while out shopping so it will be ready when I get there, so back to my phone call the call get sent to a call center, guess where of all places India could not, understand what I was tell her for my order, so I order the box special for $ 19.99. I get there and not the order is and not ready it’s $ 26.95 so I ask to see a manager. and ask why so much it’s for the changes you made, The lady didn’t say anything about my change. I WOULD NOT GOT TO THIS PLACE KEEP OUR STUFF IN THE USA NOT A CALL CENTER IN INDIA SO PLEASE BOY COTT PIZZA HUT.

Went to this piazza hut for dinner. The server was chewing tobacco at our table! I then witnessed him take his chew out of his mouth with his fingers and throw it away. 5 seconds later I saw him serving food, I believe he never washed his hands. I complained and I never got a sorry or anything. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN!

If you need to read a review of a Pizza Hut to decide if you will be going, well, here ya go. It’s a PIZZA HUT.
Same thing as every other pizza hut, they all follow the same corporate recipe, with a few changes depending on where you are in the country.
I have used the delivery, which is always prompt (I live right around the corner) a few times, and I did a pick-​up a few days ago. I was surprised the place was cleaner than the average PH, but the food is all the same.
Good, but even lousy pizza is usually pretty good… but not outstanding. Next time I will try a different pizza place (but the $ 10 deal is helpful when funds are low, so we’ll shall see).

Love their $ 10 pizzas, but hate the salad bar being taken out.

Quality has dropped drastically. Combine that with the rotten customer service (especially online) and the ridiculously long delivery times which result in luke warm or even cold pizza and it’s a wonder this place is still in business.

I had the worst experience here. I was in a rush to get dinner and the family wanted pizza so I decided to give Pizza Hut a try. I ordered online, which was a plus for me, I do everything on the net.
Anyway, I ordered and was so disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the Pizza Mia special, $ 5 each medium pizza if you buy 3. Well, that was NOT what I would call pizza! It was cardboard… hardly any cheese on it, very dry, rough I would say and just awful. I also ordered some buffalo wings which i learned when I got there, that they had run out and my wing order was incomplete. I was told that because they didn’t have enough for a complete order, that I would get a discount at the register. Well, they took $ 1.50 off my bill but I only got about 3 wings. The rest were just crumbs. I was furious! I know I should have checked my order but I didn’t but I will NEVER go back to any Pizza Hut ever again!
I did go online and leave negative feedback through their website but of course I will never hear from them.
That was literally $ 40 down the drain. Needless to say we all went hungry that night.
Beware pizza lovers! You have been warned. =(

I didn’t have the best of luck here. I’ve had their pizza sevral times, and I feel it’s just ok. My review has been tainted by my experience of my favorite Pizza Hut in North Hollywood, CA, where I learned to love their thin crust pizzas. I thought all these restaurants would be the same, but I found out that ingredients can vary by region.
It’s not a bad pizza, but not my go-​to joint for max pizza sensory pleasure.
