Let me start by saying that I rarely comment on Unilocal. But I must say that I’m truly disappointed with the new owners of JJ’s Cleaners. I’ve even expressed my issues to them and they let me know they don’t care. The service in general, is good. The clothes are cleaned well, the staff is good. But since the new owners took over, the changes they’ve made support their needs, not the customer. What I miss: a) Next day service — I was told that under no circumstances could I get my clothes the next day. When I went back after two days, they had half my order. The next day, they couldn’t find the rest of it. They found it and delivered to my door, which was a very nice move. b) Bags — I used to have a personalized bag. No more. Now we have big bags with no personal tag that includes my preferences. c) Hours of service — My wife and I have busy jobs and I travel frequently. So the hours of 8 am to 6 pm means I can only pick up my clothes on the weekend. I will agree that they’ve made some nice changes, cosmetically at least to the process. But their attention to the needs of the customers appear to be secondary to the desires of the owners. The new owners have let me know, that through their actions and lack of response to any concerns raised that they would prefer that my family and I take our business elsewhere. I’m truly sorry to do this because their Sparks locations are convenient.

Talk about a 180 turn! This place is great now… apparently under new management. I can’t rave enough about how good this dry cleaners is now. State of the art technology which makes the whole process of getting service a piece of cake. They never lose or misplace anything… and I even had several shirts that had broken buttons and stains that inadvertently ended up in my dry cleaning that were returned… fixed! I have signed up for the weekly home pickup and delivery service which is even better than sliced bread! Bravo for getting someone in the business who knows how to run a business. I recommend this dry cleaners without hesitation. Give them a shot.

NEVER use this dry cleaner! I dropped off a comforter two weeks ago and pre-paid with cash. I was given a «receipt» at the time. When I returned with receipt today, I was told that my «receipt» was my bill and that there was no proof that I had paid. Apparently my ticket should have been stamped to say that it was prepaid. The person who took my comforter no longer works there. I think she has some extra cash in her pocket. Furthermore, as the lady at the front counter was trying to help me, she contacted the store manager and proceeded to discuss the matter in Spanish. Little did they know that this blonde haired/blue-eyed client has a minor in Spanish. I will never go there again.

I do my dry cleaning at JJ’s weekly and am very happy with the results every time. Prices are a bit higher than i’d like, but the service is always exceptional. I had a mess up with two of my skirts that needed to be altered and they fixed it no questions asked with the apologies as one would expect. They even called me when my coat was done so i could pick it up a day earlier. I’m very happy with their services so far.

I’ve been here several times and always had good luck and friendly service. Not the cheapest place in town, but not unreasonable either.

Dropped off my comforter to be cleaned… 4 days after the completion date they promised… after calling daily(at some points they couldn’t even confirm that they knew I dropped off a comforter!)…got the comforter back. Wow — terrible customer service. I am now a loyal Bobby Page’s customer.

They normally do a good job. They are a little rough on nice dress shirt buttons. Low score is for the new Tommy Bahama shirt they stained and would replace. They knew they did it, but said they don’t replace«expensive» shirts. So why did they take my money to clean it?
