I love the over size washers, reasonably priced. There is a bar, games, TV, and slot machines if you are into that.
Liz is great — she is helpful and always has fresh coffee! She greeted me every time I walked in the door and made sure to tell me bye every time I walked out. she takes pride in getting to know her regular customers BY NAME

This location is great. Ronna is always accommodating and helpful. All of the staff I have encountered are service oriented and always available to help. I use the wash and fold service regularly and could not be more satisfied with the service!

I have a washer and dryer at home, but I go here to do bedding. It’s just so much faster to do everyone’s bedding at one time. It’s very clean, and reasonably priced. There is a beverage bar and everyone I have met that works there is super friendly. Parking leaves something to be desired but I mean, it’s an older area of town with lots of businesses in that parking lot, you just gotta deal. Overall they are doing a real good job.

A neighbor recommended Duds n’ Suds fluff and fold service when my washer went out. He raved so much about the service that I decided to give it a shot (even though it isn’t anywhere near my home). My neighbor was right! Not only is the service affordable, but Ronna does an incredible job! She is so friendly and professional and her attention to detail is spot on. The clothes are clean, folded and separated in to a bag for my clothes and a bag for my son’s! I have even started using the service before going on vacation. I drop off the clothes that I need washed and packed, pick them up the next day and then just drop the bags of folded clothes in the suit cases. Even when my washer is fixed, I will be visiting Ronna again. She really does do an incredible job! Great work!!!

The machines were well maintained but the floors and tables were filthy. Cigarette butts and laundry powder everywhere. I could see a vacuum but it is obviously just a decoration. The girl working was more interested in playing with her phone and smoking than doing her job. I saw her get up just once on the three hours we were there to do anything cleaning wise. This place could be nice if someone put in a little effort. I shouldn’t have to clean off a table to use for folding. A little maintenance and upkeep on the employee’s part would go a long way. If I’m spending 30 dollars on 2 weeks if laundry for just 2 people I expect a little more.

Nicest laundromat I have ever been to. The manager Ronna is a sweetheart. She’s very nice and keeps it very clean in there. I love going to do my laundry now. I can sit down at the bar and play Keno while waiting for my clothes. Awesome place!

This particular location of the Duds n Suds chain is a favorite of mine because of its cleanliness, helpful staff, working and newer machines and the amenities. There is always a TV playing, and of course the bar for beer or wine. This location does weekly specials and has recently added a new service of pick up and delivery of laundry making it even more convenient. There are a few coin machine games for the kiddos and some slots for the adults. They have a drop off wash and dry service too along with the pickup service. It is worth it to download the app and take advantage of the frequent washers punch card, and browse for coupons and deals.

I love this place. they are clean, they have a bar with beer and wine and snacks. there machines are always clean and working well. i just love coming here. it makes it less of a chore to do laundry. the staff here is awesome. my fav person in Liz. she is super sweet and help full. when i bring my kid here Liz is so sweet to her. Not like most places when people get mad that your kid is bored and running around. the people that come here are friendly. they also have wifi !!! omg a laundry mate that cares about there customers enough to have wifi… and the best part is THEY LOVE FOOTBALL. every sunday the game is on and everyone is pumped up. I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

The staff is super sweet. I hate doing laundry at a mat but they make it as fun as it can be. The facility is clean and I love the super big washers and dryers. I just moved to reno from California and I thought it was super cheap. 4.50 for a 3 load wash. That’s super cheap! And you get 10 min for a quarter on drying… I love it! They have a bar and snacks. Until I get a working washer and dryer I will always only go back there. The staff is always willing to help and is always around!

We are from Virginia on a month long Cali/​Reno/​Tahoe vacation and our clean cloths ran out in Reno. This place was awesome. Safe area. Machines are well maintained and very reasonable, the bar had my favorite beer… yes there is a bar with fun poker machines to pass the time or just sit and read. Clean restrooms. We got help from the gal in charge who was so nice and friendly. Thanks Sabrina. Clean again from Va.

We had a volleyball tournament in Reno, we are from New York. We went to clean the teams unifroms and the woman (forgot her name) not only was very personable to everyone in the store she even helped us fold the boys uniforms. She was very pleasant and very helpful. It was in a clean and safe shopping center. I would suggest it to anyone on vacation or at the convention center where we were playing. had a little kitchen also so you can get a small bite to eat or something to drink also…

This place is clean and friendly. plenty of washers and dryers the have a ATM and change dispenser if you need quarters there is a little food area with tvs and a kids area to play games also has a drop off, wash, dry and fold which is cool to I highly recommend this establishment

This isn’t just a laundromat. It’s also a bar, complete with a pool table, video poker, and some video games. The regular size washers cost $ 2.50, and the dryers are 25 cents for about 10 minutes. They also have free dryers, but I heard they take a long time and I wanted to get the heck outta there, so I just bit the bullet and paid the money. They also offer a drop off laundry service. The machines were in good repair and got my clothes clean, no complaints there. That’s not why I won’t be back. The reason I won’t be back is the staff. While friendly and polite, the young man spent most of the time standing just outside the door chain smoking while the wind blew the smoke right in. I even went to the farthest table in the back of the place but I couldn’t escape the smoke stench. I’m not a big beer drinker, but if I’d wanted to order something, I wouldn’t have been able to tear him away from his cigarettes long enough to get behind the bar.
