My family has been to 3 bullys. The other 2 times service was slow and food was just plain ugly. we sometimes have to be carefull because our 2 year old son has some severe food allergies. And the other 2 bullys we asked to speak to the manager and tho they spoke to us it did not look like they understand food allergies. At the bullys in Spanish spring tho things are different. I asked the young lady that was are server to speak with the manager about food allergies, and she did not bring me a manager she brought out what I was told is the chef of bullys. The nice man listen to our concerns and said he would cook my sons food total separate to be sure and he would cook it himself. all your bullys should be like this. Thanks for the time and concerns.

I want to love this place… they just make it so hard… The good: The bar, they have a very nice beer selection quit a few on tap. All of the bartenders I have encountered are awesome. The bad: The restaurants and food. If you don’t sit at the bar the service is not all that great. The best thing on the menu wings! They have the wings down. Burgers are always good as well. The rest not so good, couple that with not so great service… why even come here is what I ask myself. I think other locations are far better. Over all probably won’t go back.

Over the years Bully’s has been pretty consistent — it’s safe, it’s easy, and there are enough tv’s to scratch a football itch. Always a good place to meet friends for a meal. We were killing some time in the area and grabbed lunch — a margarita and French dip sounded just right. The waiter, who we affectionately nicknamed Soulpatch, was awesome — he’s always awesome — easy going, suggests the right things, stops in at the right times. 5 star 30 years ago I can remember a teacher explaining how i’ll have to out grow a love of the sweet slurpies and slushes — well I still have a full set of teeth and still love sweet margaritas, albeit not blended. The margaritas are super sweet and tart and I don’t care if they are a mix or not! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it — definitely a guilty pleasure. 5 star I just wanted a French dip — hard for anyone to screw up and it curbs my beef craving. Bully’s has what they call a Bully dip — looks like coarse ground lean beef(roast?)…otherwise French dip-ish. The meat tasted bland and I’m guessing was steamed? Ladled over that was a cheese sauce that reminded me of Mac and cheese. That was on a wonder bread’ish bun — the old school super soft lunch room buns. The ajus was maybe a cross between onion and beef soup? Somewhere someone saw this in a prison or junior high school cafeteria and appreciated how easily it could be mass produced, but it simply shouldn’t be on the menu. To end on a positive note, the fries are always great! It’s Bully’s — of course we’ll be back!

The bathrooms are dirty. The menus to order from are dirty with food stains. Food is average. Cleanliness is a simple way to attract customers. Maybe other locations are different but this one is a fail.

Garbage! Used to be good a few years ago. Last reluctant visit… stale bread and I couldn’t even eat the wings. On top of that they are a sports bar and they don’t show the biggest events. Only a matter of time before they close. Go anywhere else.

I love bully’s, but dread coming to this location because the the servers / Bar tenders are so rude and aggressive. The worker with short, purple hair made a very bad impression with me, multiple times.

I have eaten and drank here many times and I have to admit the service and quality of food is on a regular basis sub-standard. I often leave asking myself why I decided to eat there again. Today I stopped in to order some wings which is normally why I go there if not to gamble and drink. Anyway I had my twelve year old little brother with me and he prefers Port of Subs over Bullys but I still wanted to eat my wings at Bullys. Well Joe the manager was a bully and refused my service while I was going to order an appetizer, wings, and drinks for both my brother and myself. Apparently Bullys is strictly about taking money from the customer and providing service to customers on an individual basis. Beyond the service the foods not good anyway. Save yourself the disappointment and the stomach ache.

Its the best place for a burger in the Eagle Canyon area. I gave it 4 stars due to the order being wrong… again. The food was great but the service not so much. Its inexcusable due to the fact that it’s not a very busy location.

I like the atmosphere. But most of the bar tenders arent too fun. Max is amazing! Ive never met a better bar tender but the other guys seem like they dont want to be bothered. Good selection though.

This is always my «go-to» place since it’s so close to my house. We normally sit at the bar or if we are with friends we will sit in front of the TVs in front. They have a good happy hour that lasts forever! Discounted apps and beers/well drinks. The bartenders are friendly and they are quick getting your food out. Sometimes they can be slow on drinks but overall a good atmosphere and people!

The food is really good but the service sucks it seems like the waitresses avoid you with no eye contact with the customers at all.

Horrible service … It was like we didn’t exist. There were only two other tables occupied when we arrived. I tried to order chicken skewers off their happy hour menu with sweet potato fries and was told I couldn’t substitute sweet potato fries for regular fries and that I had to purchase the regular menu item to get sweet potato fries which was $ 3.49 more. I ended up going the regular menu route. When I received my food, I not only got lukewarm fries but the wrong sauce on skewers. Never could get the server’s attention to at least change the sauce until we received our bill.

We haven’t been in Bullys in awhile but stopped in because we were out with the kids past our normal bedtime. It was packed, I think every other parent that just left the event we left had the same idea. The server was fast in bringing menus and beverages to us and gave us a good amount of time to look at the menu. I ordered the butterfly shrimp wiry the steamed veggies. My veggies were steamed a bit longer than I like. I like a little crisp but they were still good. They were carrots, yellow squash and zucchini. This meal was $ 11.00. My husband ordered 12 wings hot and ½ sampler platter. The wings he said were just hot enough. The ½ sampler platter was huge. It had fried pickles, fried zucchini, fried spicy potato, mozzarella sticks, potato skin, and a chicken tender. We ended up taking half the sampler platter home even with the two of us sharing it. The wings were $ 12.49 and the platter $ 9.99. The server remained attentive and told us about Bullys rewards club. I was told they send you $ 10.00 every month and you get points and they send you coupons for every member of your family. They give you a spot to fill out your members and you also tell them your anniversary of you so desire. We shall see how that pans out, who can say no to free money every month? Lol

Moving to Reno from Winnemucca over a decade ago Bully’s was a big hit. The few locations they did have they put good service, hot wings and cold beer. We’ve lived out near the Spanish Springs franchise for the last 6 years. We’ve watched it slowly unwind, restaff, mail out apology coupons, and raise prices. Stopped by tonight to use the birthday mailer they sent(10 dollar coupon). I would have rather paid 10 extra dollars and ate at the Lake or Red Hawk. All new staff, again, and really old/bad salad greens. 12 minutes from beverage order to beverage service and there were only 5 tables with people in the large establishment. I do hope they make it, I won’t be back. It was a good run though.

Chicken sticks in srirachayaki is the choice! One note… if you get garlic fries — ask for extra crispy. YUM!

I don’t know what these other guys are talking about, unless your tongue is too lazy to endure the flavor aerobics you’re about to experience. I mean, if ridiculously juicy bacon mushroom burgers, dripping with awesome yumminess and portion sizes to feed a large Indonesian village are not your thing, then in understand… I’m sure there’s a health food bar with your name on it somewhere. If you are, then maybe I’ll see you there the next time I’m up from Vegas. Until next time…

This review pertains to this location ONLY. There are other Bully’s locations that are much better than this one. For one thing, this is probably TMI but EVERY time we come here my fiancé gets a case of ummm… diahrea. We have narrowed it down to the glasses that they serve beer in. They do not rinse them properly and there must be soap residue left on them. This has happened four times at this establishment. The service at this place is slow and inattentive. They will bring your food out and just walk away without leaving napkins or silverware. I am never quite sure who my server is because they change so often. The place is too big for how small the TV’s are. There are plenty of TV’s but they aren’t in HD and it is so large that if you are there to watch a game there are many other establishments that are much better for sport watching. The food is the same and good like the other establishments and that is the only reason I gave them two stars instead of one.

Last night my family and I ordered take out from the Spanish Springs Bully’s. I have had their wings no many visit and they have always been good. Well last night I don’t know what happened but they were the WORST wings I have ever had anywhere. They were way overcooked, tough, and rubbery. They reminded me of something that had been cooked a couple days ago or had been under the heat lamp for a day or two. I am handicapped and cannot drive or I could have brought them back and asked for a refund. I have had them at probably most of the Bully’s(even Carson City) and they were never this bad. Next time I will go across the street to Save-on and get a bag of frozen ones. I am sure they would be better.

My family and I came here after a hot day at the water park to grab a quick lunch and figured we would check it out since we had not been in a long time… Appetizer: We ordered the flat bread bbq chicken and it was pretty good. I don’t think it is the best I have ever had but it was descent. Main: I ordered the spinach salad and asked if they could put it in a wrap. I just was not digging on the the wraps they had listed. The waitress said that should be fine and I asked to have it in their tomato basil wrap. The spinach salad had walnuts, apples, and dried cranberries and i added chicken. All mixed with the tomato basil tortilla equalled yumminess!!! I was super impressed… pretty sure they need to add that one to their menu. My husband even had a bite and liked it! My children split the 2 sliders hamburgers with their skinny fries. Personally I thought the sliders seemed to be extra small. Maybe it was because the meat in them were super thin and I could have eaten them in one bite. That is a little over doing the«slider» concept in my mind. However, my kids did seem to enjoy it. The skinny fries were gross. Looked way over cooked in whatever oil they were using. Even my kids did not eat many, which is saying something. My husband ordered a Club sandwich which he liked. I am sure he will write a review for his meal so I won’t write any more! Overal it was ok… just as I remembered Bully’s as being.
