This place is a joke. It’s run by teenagers who don’t care about customer service. I had to wait for pizza and cheesy bread. I was told the wait was 8 minutes, I waited 25 mins. They got the pizza done first which sat under the warming lamps while they cooked the cheesy bread. It was before 4pm and they weren’t busy. What a waste of time for a company that prides itself in fast service!

Yes, it’s cheap pizza. I’m not reviewing the food. The pizza is consistently not very good. But everyone that eats it already knows that. Went to pick up a large order for my employer. The bill came to a little over $ 80. But they won’t take a $ 100 bill. Why? Because they’re scared of getting robbed. A drop safe could solve that problem quickly and cheaply. Fine. Whatever. Your policy just shows that you’re scared of your customers. Paid with a debit card. Told the cashier to read the back, and he did, out loud. «See ID». He then refused to bother looking at my ID even though it was held up right in front of him.

You cannot beat a $ 5 large pizza. You know what you are getting when you go to a Little Caeser’s. They always have fresh pizzas ready to go. If we are doing an event at the house, 4 pizzas is only $ 20. One of the best deals in town. Hot, fresh and tastes good. Definitely a cheap dinner option too!

That new pretzel crust pizza is the shiznit! I ordered a large one of those plus garlic butter wings and some crazy bread. Gotta have the crazy bread. Everything was hot and ready just like the commercial says haha. The people working in the back were pretty nice. We only had to wait about 10 mins for everything. My son actually ate 3 pieces of the pizza! I ate all of the wings but I felt like being a fatty that night. They were so good! Thinking about it makes my mouth water!

I’ve always been impressed by what you get for $ 5. It’s no gormet, but it’s awesome none the less. I never have to wait more than 5 min even when they are packed. They know my family and ask me about my boys if they aren’t with me and offer to give me cookies for them… yes please!

Yep. you cant beat the price… the service on the other hand, well that is totally beatable. The Hot & Ready wasn’t hot OR ready, and the storefront was not even busy with customers when I went inside. The girl that took my order spoke so fast I couldn’t understand WTH she was saying, and therefore had to ask her to repeat herself more than once. The unfortunate staff in the back looked like several Little Caesars running about with their heads cut off. this way and that, questioning tickets, it was almost comical, except for the being hungry and having to wait too long part. Another lady that had called in an order ahead of time and arrived while I was waiting had to wait beyond her expected time frame and, if this is any indication, she wished me luck in waiting on my order. I have not had this problem at the Little Caesars on McCarran/Prater. Good luck if you go to this one on Pyramid!
