Bahn Mi and truffle grilled cheese are ONPOINT!!! The clam chowder was unbelievable and my date enjoyed the white bean chili. Highly recommend!!! Don’t bother getting Starbucks because they have delicious cappuccinos.

What a surprise! While waiting for a car service down the road, a friend and I stumbled across this listing and decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a good idea, everything we tried was great! We shared a corn chowder to start and it was perfect for a blustery fall day. I went with the banh mi for my main and it didn’t disappoint either. I also tried my friends gyro and it was on point, especially the tzatziki sauce. We each got an apple cider(not the best to pair with banh mi and gyro, but still…) and it was surprisingly a highlight with a perfect amount of ginger added. I’ll definitely be back to try more items! On top of everything the service was inviting and friendly, hopefully this place will stick around for a while.

Great falafel sandwich and a very good chicken BLT+A on multigrain. Wonderful people as well. Just wish the air conditioning was stronger in the little seating area! Otherwise, the perfect spot for lunch or a light dinner.

Wednesdays table is one of my favorite spots on the North Fork. They cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner(with new extended hours). The food on the menu is all over the place. It seems like they make whatever food they like from anywhere in the world, which I think is fantastic! The falafel sandwich is probably the best one that I’ve ever had. The combination of stewed string beans and delicious sauces is great. The falafel is crunchy on the outside and soft yet still has some texture on the inside. It’s delicious! The Bahn Mi is very good. The bright cilantro and pickled veggies really bring this sandwich to life. Add in some sriracha and you got a party! If I’m correct, I believe they serve it with chicken or sliced pork. They make some killer shrimp tacos. I believe that they told us that the tortillas were a corn and flour blend, whatever they were, they were delicious. My wife and I have dined here about 10 times now, we drive out to the North Fork from western Nassau every chance we get. Wednesdays table is a perfect place to stop for a meal when visiting the North Fork. They are a small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating available. They also do takeout which may be a good idea if you are visiting a local winery that allows picnicking. There is something on the menu for everyone. Check them out!

We stopped by this morning for breakfast, and I was excited to see a new(ish) restaurant with what looked like an interesting menu(homemade pastries, banh mi?). In the end, breakfast was fine, but not excellent. I had the chorizo and egg sandwich, which was quite good. Fried egg over-easy with a sliced chorizo sausage, grilled red onion, avocado, and jalapeños. Served on a large English muffin. Very spicy. Pretty tasty, if a bit of a mess to eat. My wife and daughter both had a «biscuit», which I would have called a scone, one honey flavored, the other apple salted caramel. The honey was fairly well-made, the other undercooked and gluey on the inside. The service was friendly and quick. It was a bit awkward because they don’t ring you up until you’re leaving, but it’s mostly a self-service restaurant, and we almost left without paying, which was a embarrassing. Prices are fair($ 6 – 10 for a breakfast sandwich). We’re definitely rooting for this place, and will try again next summer.

Wednesday’s Table will never let you down. Not only is the food delicious but you can tell it is made with fresh ingredients and prepared upon your order. The products they carry are some of the healthiest alternatives when eating out and they are always incredibly hospitable. During the winter months, be sure to order their peanut butter hot chocolate — it is to die for.
