Pure Bliss

I accidentally reviewed this place I have never actually been here. I just don’t know how to correct the problem of having written a bad review for this place whose name just sounds like the place I wished to reveiw

I didn’t actually get the service from this place but nevertheless I was very disappointed with them. I bought a groupon for mani/​pedi back in November and they made a mistake in making the appt time as well as my phone number, so when I showed up at the wrong time, they told me they’re fully booked and could not provide me with a service. Then I tried again last month and this time, they said they’re fully booked for at least a week out which was I needed. Then lastly, I called today since the groupon will expire soon in two weeks and of course, now they told me that they’re fully booked for more than two weeks and can only honor the groupon at face value. This is unacceptable in my view… I will never go to this place again.

I purchased a groupon for a mani/​pedi. I made the appt for the mani/​pedi with an upgrade on the manicure. Due to a last minute work meeting, I needed to reschedule. Or at least I tried. Pure Bliss advised that I needed 24 hours notice for the Groupon — something that was never advised when I made the appt or I never would have scheduled something during my lunch hour. Very disappointed.

After having continuous compliments on my Wave Perm I have decided that I must write a review for my stylist Laura. I had my wave perm done in Nov. of 09′. My hair is straight as a board and didn’t believe her when she said my perm would last a year, actually in her words «FOREVER» I didn’t believe forever would still last til this day.
I truely trust her with doing a perm in my hair and would recommend it to anyone who has taken interest in having this beach wave i’ve obtained.

You’ve got to come «experience» Pure Bliss! It’s not like any other salon. There were so many different treatments to choose from. And some of the products they use smell good enough to eat!
