Had them out to check our ac. They came on a cold day so they said they could not check the freon. Did very lite more than stare at the unit before leaving with their service call fee. Would have been professional to reschedule for a time when they would have actually provided a service.

Lee Air has been maintaining our commercial building for several years. They give us reminder calls the day before and the day of the service call and actually show up on time! We have also used them for our personal residence and have always been pleased with their service and communication. We are in the real estate business and have them on our preferred vendor list to our customers too.

I had a full system installed in Grapevine and couldn’t be happier. Everything went as planned, and our service agreement keept the equipment running well. They even called me twice a year to schedule check-ups. They may not be as cheap as some of the other guys, but you get what you pay for.

Have used Lee Air services for years, they came out late at night when our fan motor went bad. could not even get another company out that night wanted us to wait two days for a appointment. It is just to hot in Texas this time of year to wait. We are very pleased with their service.

Avoid!!! Tried to charge me two diagnostics fees because the first, only two days apart from the second, was incomplete and didn’t find/report everything. So the system only ran for a day after the first«repair». Poor(lacking) customer relations /service when trying to explain the problem to mgmt. Just focused on getting their $ 90.

Lee Air Service is not a reputable air service company. After several years with Lee, my husband and I encountered a situation that made us go back a few years and look more closely at our expenses with Lee. We discovered that Lee appeared to be gouging us for labor costs, charging approximately $ 500 per hour. After attempting to discuss matters with Lee, they simply cut us off, unwillingly to work with us in any fashion. We immediately abandoned our services with them and moved on. Save yourself a lot of money and do not hire Lee Air Service for a/c or heating needs for your home.
