These guys are awesome. We had a rat in the attic a year ago. I called about 5 places to find out their approach to addressing the problem (not knowing how many rats there might be) and their cost, and had 3 of those actually come out to our house to take a look and give a more formal quote, and I ended up deciding to go with Truly Nolen. They were very reasonably priced, very friendly and professional, prompt at responding anytime I called, and they were literally the only place I found that actually offers a 1 year guarantee on rat problems! Every other place acknowledges that rats are very hard to keep out, and hence won’t guarantee their service, or will only guarantee for 30 days. In the end it was only 1 rat, but they were willing to come out as many times as I requested to check traps. Had a great experience with them!

Truly Nolen has been incredibly easy to get a hold of and we have the same tech come out every time — which I love! He is awesome! Every time we have called with an issue, they have a fast turnaround time, easy communication and the problem is solved fast! I definitely recommend them. They treat 4X a year which is really nice so it allows for a more flexible scheduling.

I have used Truly Nolen as my pest control company for the past decade and have always been pleased. Here are the things I like:
1. I pay once a year for service.
2. They treat only the outside (unless I specifically request they treat the inside… rarely needed) so pesticides are not sprayed inside (my fur babies appreciate this). This also means I don’t have to be home when they spray, but they always leave a message so I know they are coming and a notice so I know they’ve been there.
3. The few times I’ve had issues (fleas, ants), Truly Nolen has nipped in the bud quickly… and it is all included in my yearly fee.
4. I have mutant ninja squirrels who enjoy breaking into my attic. Truly Nolen has been diligent in ridding me of these pests as well.
BONUS: I like the cute little yellow cars that look like mice. Awwww!
Truly Nolen is a terrific and dependable company. If you need a pest control company, I highly recommend them.
