My kids wanted ice cream cake so we drove all the way down to sothlake BR. I asked for packaging with ice or dry ice since drive back home takes 30 or more minutes depends on traffic;however I was told that they do not package it with ice or dry ice.
What about all those BR that package with ice for you in CA.
Fortunately temp was cool today and it didn’t melt but I was disappointed with service.

Ordered my sons favorite Oreo/​cookies and cream ice cream cake for his birthday. Cut into it and it was vanilla ice cream not cookies and cream. How disappointing… called the store to ask them to correct their mistake and received huge attitude from the employee. Basically saying it was my fault I ordered the wrong cake. I’ve ordered this cake for my son’s birthday at least 3 times and my daughter’s birthday a minimum of 5 times. I have no doubt I ordered the correct cake. No apology only told me the manager said since we ate 5 pieces he would replace the mistake with a smaller cake! Really? Your mistake and you don’t correct it? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worker actually told me she shouldn’t apologize she didn’t make the mistake! $ 38 for a birthday cake and they are too cheap to correct their mistake. I NEVER write negative reviews but I couldn’t help but warn people about this business. Customer service is DEAD at the Baskin Robbins in Southlake Texas!

We have been to this Baskin Robbins a couple times recently and have had a great experience. The ice cream is delicious and the place is clean. Staff is also friendly and courteous!

Great icecream chain with a lot of diffrent flavors and cakes. Saw a little guy picking out a birthday cake which they did a great job helping that family out. It was really crowded when we came and honestly a little pricey … two kids size icecreams for $ 4 and some change. Could have gotten cheeper elsewhere or at the grocery store but hey it was a treat and it’s southlake. They have half price days on tuesdays I want to say so that’s the time to go!

It’s a chain, so you know what you get, great ice cream cakes, birthday club.
