This is seriously the world’s slowest Walgreens. If I didn’t live practically next door, I would go ANYWHERE else. You can be the only person at the pharmacy, but it will take 15 minutes to pick up your prescription. If you are going through the drive through, plan on a 15 minute minimum. They prioritize in-store customers, so even if you pull up to the window and then see someone walk up to the counter in the store, that customer will get helped first. Then if another customer walks up, that customer will be helped before you as well. Don’t expect there to ever be more than one person actually working the pharmacy. I’ve seen multiple people there, but I’ve never seen more than one actually helping customers, even if there is a line.
