Meh,… I dropped my mowers off for a tune up, and was told they’d be ready Friday. I called Monday and was told I could pick ‘em up Tuesday. I felt the price was kinda steep for oil and a filter, but then I haven’t taken my small engine equipment on for tune-​ups before. So, maybe not. But, the experience has encouraged me to just do it myself, as they did nothing extra.

Dropped my mower blade on Saturday morning to be told they couldn’t have it sharpened until Monday (closed on Sundays and they were apparently too busy). Cool. So I came back on Wednesday (had to leave work early and make it there before closing at 5PM) to pick up the blade. The guy working shuffles through the clutter to find my blade. «Oh, can’t sharpen it as its bent and I don’t got another one to sell to you.»
Thanks?! Would have been nice to know that as soon as I dropped it off, or after they realized that to give me a courtesy call. Headed to Weingartz and was pleased with their service. Won’t be back here.
