My childhood/​teenage/​college year dentist!
Dr. Markowitz is a great dentist, the best I’ve ever had!
I’m the type who has really soft teeth, which means I get cavities quite a bit. (unlike my brother who never brushes and has perfect teeth… grar) Dr. Markowitz was always gentle when putting in fillings. Also, as a kid it’s pretty scary to go in to the dentist, but he always made us feel at ease by joking around with us, or honking our nose when performing the check. (^_​^) Also, he has a «toy chest» where kids get to pick out a little something to take home as a reward for being brave.
The office staff is also very nice, and always remembered our family — which, now that I’m older and have been to other dentists, I realize that I miss that small «Cheers» esque dentist — «Where everybody knows your name!»
I miss Dr. Markowitz and wish I lived in Michigan!
