The worst pizza hut ever. My orders are consistently wrong. The workers are rude and have little care about their job. I complained to corperate and recived two free pizza vouchers, which I threw away. Ill never order this terrible pizza again.

Pizza was 30 min late & rock hard bc it was so cold. Tried to call back to see wtf happened & when they would answer a man would say«hold» & put us on hold & then they’d never pick back up. How lazy & unprofessional are you? You can’t even say, «thank you for calling Pizza Hut, please hold?» Won’t be ordering from there again. Losers.

Was extremely disappointed at the intelligence of the cashier that was servicing me. I walk in there and rather than ringing me up as I order, she shouts from the back what I would like. Thinking that nothing could go wrong, I told her I would like a Large Pepperoni Pizza. INTHEMEANTIME, I have a gift card for $ 20(my only form of payment). She says it’ll be about 12 minutes… as she’s doing other things, I wait. The time comes, she brings the pizza out and rings me up. I swipe my gift card and she says it’s not accepted. BRANDNEW gift card from roughly a week ago. She claims that the gift card is not for pizza hut and is for a different store when it clearly has Pizza Hut logos repeated about 15 times on the card. Without having any other method of payment, I was forced to leave. 1. Wasted my time waiting for a pizza that I couldn’t pay for. 2. I did not get to eat from that establishment that evening. Ludicrous way of going about servicing someone and will not return to that business ever again.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I absolutely would. Ordered online, was delivered in a reasonable time– with absolutely the wrong pizza. Mistakes happen, so I call the store. Sure, I can get my correct pizza, but I have to wait and HOURAND A HALF, because they were short drivers. Fair, but shouldn’t fixing a mistake be a priority? So I wait for two and half hours, and call again. It’s on the way I’m told, and then promptly hung up on. So I wait another hour, and call again, and am told it will be here in 5 minutes. But the best call comes 40 minutes later, when I am first told that they have never heard of me, then placed on hold. Then they return, asking for a ticket number I don’t have. So I describe my order, and they say, «oh, that pizza was already sent out.» Not to me it wasn’t! Then, they accuse me of lying to them, and place me on hold abruptly, never to return. This is more than just a delivery mistake, this is total disrespect for customers. Luckily, I have plenty of other options nearby.

I never had any problem with the service nor the delivery time, in fact the last time I called it came within 30 minutes which around here is a lot quicker than most places(1 hour or so). I guess the reason that I opted for 3 instead of 4 stars was that I decided to go for the hot dog pizza and let me say in advance… never again. Stay away.

Order from anywhere but this place. Skimming a dumpster would result in better quality food and the customer service is horrendous. We ordered for delivery and only part of our order showed up. The delivery person said he’d be right back with the rest of the order, and 45 minutes later he finally showed back up. The location is quite close to my house. When we called to speak to a manager, «Mike» told us that there was nothing he could do for us because we were getting the second part of our order delivered for free. Um, nope Mike, we paid a delivery fee. Definitely not free. Mike was snide and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Also, we ordered a Supreme Pizza and basically got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza with a couple small pieces of green pepper thrown on a piece or two and I believe I may have spotted an onion. Some of the wings came to us only partially sauced.

Ask for Mike Love, he definitely puts the luv n Pizza Hut. He hooked up all 3 of my pizza’s n they were all delicious. I order from them all the time n they never disappoint.

Honestly this location doesn’t deserve the 1 star that Unilocal makes you automatically give! The customer service is beyond pitiful. I tried to order delivery from this location numerous times on Saturdays(always around 8:30pm)and everytime the same girl picks up(with a different name everytime I call) and tells me that they aren’t doing delivery and you can hear the«omg I don’t care dude» in the young lady’s tone and if you check online they close at 10:00pm and anyone that has worked a fast food/delivery job this is basically employees trying to close on time so they can go home when it gets closer to closing time. I call the next day and always speak to some guy claiming to be a manager but he gives me the same run around with«free pizza if I call and remain a loyal customer» but I never can collect because of the poor service at night. I put in exactly 3 online customer complaints on site I have yet to be contacted by any Pizza Hut rep. that is sad well they lost a customer at this location.

Very disappointed. Unfriendly service. The food is what you would expect but the service ruins it. I hate giving bad reviews but I must be accurate. Sorry Pizza Hut express you need to up your customer service game.

I give up on this place. So inconsistent! The first time I ordered it was the new Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tomato Bacon pizza… it was awesome! But that was all we ordered, just the pizza. The next time we wanted the same thing, but wanted to add mushrooms to the pizza. And the cheese sticks sounded great too! We got the pizza, it had no mushrooms, the crust wasn’t right, and the cheese sticks were totally overdone. I complained, and received a $ 15 credit, which was great I thought. So we ordered tonight using the credit. It was even WORSE! :(We got a Hawaiian Luau pizza instead and it was SO flavorless that if you had blindfolded me and fed it to me I could not have told you what I was eating. And the cheese sticks were even MORE done than last time. I’m not going to bother to complain to them again, I don’t want credit for more pizza, unless it’s for some other pizza place!
