Jet’s Pizza

My pizza took about an hour and a half to be delivered, and it was cold and not fresh and not good.

I order at Jets Pizza in Southfield. 30 120 southfield rd. for the Super Bowl and they were so busy! My pizza was great! The manager Tim even called me today to ask how everything was and I told that everything was great like normal. He said if there is ever an issue just call and ask for Him. He said he is always there, and then thanked me for my business! Now that’s great customer service!

I was so impressed with the impeccable customer service the general manager at this location expressed. He was so polite and accommodating. Our office will never order from any other pizza places again! I called at 11:15 and ordered enough food to feed 60 people and he politely took my order, made recommendations, and had everything ready and delivered within 45 minutes.

Well I tried. At first, I ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived with the cheese and mushrooms slid to one side. So I called to inform the manager of the result. He happy and kindly said he would replace or give me credit. Me being the person I am I didn’t want to cost the owner anymore money so I opted for the credit. Tonight we redeemed our free pizza and we explained to the manager we will happily pay the delivery fee and tip as well. And low and behold we had the same delivery driver in the white minivan with the black sweet pants (which should never be worn outside of the house) delivered our pizza with the cheese and mushrooms slid to one side again. I am officially done with this Jets location. I tried so hard not to believe the other reviews but i stand corrected.

They don’t received on line orders, even when it goes through, you pay for something will never get to your door, this is the 3^rd time happens to me, I even called the store and orderd from them, an hour later I called same number, they said its on its way, third time I spoke to manager, he said :” I’m sorry, I don’t have any Oder from you, you must have called another place” am I stupid or what???, same phone number I called before and telling me this???, you guys suck so bad and you are stealing people’s time and money. You suck!!!

Crappy service and rude employees. Jets, what kind of establishment are you running? I thought a proper policy for restaurants was «put the customer first»? Not try a little and give up. I wanted pizza and you complained that you couldn’t find us and rudely hung up. We gave you our number and you could have called if you had any problems. Never ordering from you guys again. I mean dominos is nothing special but at least they do their job.

How was the food? I don’t know. Ordered online, went to pick up, they said they never got my order. Showed my receipt to the clerk, she said that my I was at the right store, but they couldn’t find the order in the «system». Asked me to hang around so they could make it. Left because I wasn’t interested in waiting another 25 minutes for pizza. I won’t be back to this store.

So many pizza places to choose from in this area but I always find myself coming back to this place! I love how they flavor the crust for you for free. I always get the Cajun spice crust. This place is super busy but they are very efficient and pretty quick with your order. I recommend the square deep dish pizza, you can never go wrong!

Our work team ordered a few pizzas for lunch one day from here and it was a complete disaster. Not only did they not come until 12:45 (we definitely ordered it early), they forgot one of our pizzas. Upon realizing this the delivery guy said he could go back and get the pizza, but wouldn’t be back until 1:30. We told him to just forget it, but he freaked out and almost got in a fight with one of the guys who went out to pay him. Not only did they not bring us the 3^rd pizza, but we paid for all three. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Completely unprofessional and awful customer experience.

I normally wouldn’t give a review for a chain restaurant but the pizza I got here was super duper good. I ordered a large 3 topping square pizza. It fed 4 for lunch and only cost about $ 12. The sauce, cheese and toppings were in Goldilocks amounts, not too much, not too little. What made it so good was the crust. It was soft in the middle and crisp on the edges and the bottom as if it was pan fried for a second. This Jets has now replaced Hungry Howie’s as our office lunch pizza order. I’d had Jets before from another store and all I remembered was that is was very greasy. This store was straight up good.

Favorite pizza in the area! I am so sad when I have to go back to Chicago or South Bend and I don’t get my Jet’s. We always order either the pepperoni or barbecue chicken and do the rectangle pieces. It usually only takes about 10 – 15 minutes for an order, even on the busiest days, and the people are very friendly! Great prices and they always have coupons.

Love Jet’s Pizza! Coming from CA where a tasty pizza is at least $ 20, it’s so nice to be in Michigan where good pizza is not only less than $ 15, but it can be delivered!
That being said, sometimes the delivery is a tad slow. But… they always make it to my house with a hot pizza. Even on a night where it was probably below zero. Oops. Sorry delivery guy. But don’t worry, I gave him a generous tip!

I’m a big fan of Jet’s pizza, so it’s hard to mess that up for me. This location takes Internet orders, which makes it easy and quick for me to get my Jet’s fix on the go.
They have deep dish (personal fave) and round pizzas, as well as salads, calzones, and wings.
The food is delicious and if you want a great pizza at an affordable price, then this is the place for you!
