We swore we would never use this branch again… And we did in a pinch. NEVER again. If they actually get ur order done it is wrong. The worst! Corporate needs to step in and make some changes!

If you are lucky enough to be the only customer in the store your visit will be a breeze. If not then you will have to play the waiting game and possibly even get passed up in service even though you have been waiting longer. I waited twenty minutes just to get a receipt for my pre paid package.

Go somewhere else! Very slow — staff outnumbered customers 3 to 1, yet I still had to wait 10 minutes. All I needed to do was drop off a prepaid package, and even this was too much; they refused to accept without upselling me on additional services.
I walked out, found a drop-​box on the way home, and won’t be back.
