Poor service, unhelpful staff, not friendly at all, had a bad experience at this store

I did not have a good experience at this FedEx! My mother and uncle went there with no computer skills and needed something printed, signed and scanned and they would not help them at all. I came to assist them, there was a scanned that was outdated and a flatbed so each page would take you forever… Best part, they charge you $.45 per minute knowing that it would take you for ever!
They lady told me to purchase a flash drive and she can scan it… 8 pages of paper black and white cost me a total of $ 18.89!!!

This is a good FedEx Office store. The employees are very helpful, it was pretty quick to get in and out. Their operating hours are really good and they have all the services you would expect.
