Cosmetic & Family Dentistry: Zazzaro Jack DDS

A couple things. This dentist replace «ugly fillings» in my mouth that I was perfectly fine with — without my consent. I now owe them $ 400 because my insurance does not cover replacement of perfectly fine fillings with white fillings. He then did 2 root canals that have become infected. I went to a specialist who said the dentist who did the root canals did a horrible job. He should have sent me to a root canal specialist. Doctor Z did not go deep enough into the canal leaving a nice open infected space to grow and grow. Now I am getting the root canals redone with lots and lots of pain, swelling and discomfort. Thanks a lot. Will not be recommending him to anyone. I have talked to a few other folks with major complications due to his negligence.
