Great food. HUGE portions, and really inexpensive. The very best pulled pork this side of Tennessee.

Live in the area and was intrigued, so finally stopped. I always hesitate to give a five star for a first stop at a place or a sandwich, but Macs was a welcome surprise(both the food, and the truck/trailer). I think everyone before me has pretty much nailed this right. Good, fresh tasting BBQ is rare in these parts. Got the pulled pork with cold slaw(didn’t get cheese, was the right choice, if you’re a P-Pork fan it would only get in the way). It’s generally mild, light on tang(he said rub, no sauce, I believe it), but WITH excellent smoky body, savory bbq resonance, and nice light peppering(not heat) dancing on the tongue. Would be nice with a couple shots of hot sauce too if you like spice. It’s good enough you’ll question whether the wrap is just in the way, to peel off like paper on an ice cream cone. Probably about as good and hearty a pulled pork as you’re likely to find for many a mile, and worth a stop to try it if you’re in the vicinity. Got the mashed potato side with gravy, really nice hearty chunky style potato mash, gravy helped it go down too easy. He really puts out a really nice product, so I’ll go back to try something else next time if the Pork and mashed don’t lure me into another mesmerizing lull. Would love to see him develop a nice sweet and tart cucumber salad to go with it(not that I was disappointed in anything, just love a good one with a classy sassy rubbed Pork like that mmmmm ;) Would also be interested to see what else he BBQs up. His little trailer is packed in beside a small building, so if his truck with sign isn’t parked across the street you might not see it. The sandwich was $ 8 and just $ 1 to add the side and drink. Then again, Southborough center is easy to miss if you don’t know enough to notice it ;) Hopefully the area has enough business to support him and he’ll be able to work into a more permanent location nearby, maybe with a Pit, summer picnic tables ;) Something fun.

The quality of the pork is outstanding. Smokey and slow cooked… Mac told me he does it for 15 hours which is super legit. I enjoyed this new take on a pulled pork sandwich, this being a freshly steamed tortilla with melted cheese and cole slaw to go along with the perfectly prepared pork. The wrap was VERY satisfying and had a good flavor profile, if not maybe just a bit too wet. I would forego the rice as a side though, it was unremarkable. Next time I would like to try his potato salad which others have raved about. All in all I was happy with the experience and kudos to Mac for being a very friendly guy who makes homemade food!

Delicious, homemade wraps with steamed tortillas are a welcome addition to the area. These are a great value with the side and drink combo. The cole slaw is classic and a great accompaniment to the chicken burrito. We also tried the split pea soup with generous chunks of ham, it is rich and very satisfying. We will definitely be regulars, can’t wait to try the pulled pork and shepherds pie wrap!

Happened upon this place just in driving by. Saw the sign. Was famished. Very happy I stopped! The ham-n-pea soup? Deeeee-LISH! The CHUNKS of ham literally fell apart in my mouth, they were so moist. The pulled pork burrito? Also terrific(though next time I’d skip the rice w/it and opt for either the coleslaw or nothing, b/c I’d rather taste more of the pulled pork-n-cheese in each bite). And, finally, the side of potato salad. .. also on the mark! It wasn’t overloaded with mayo or mustard, had a very slight peppery kick to it, and had perfectly cooked potato chunks accented by crunchy celery chunks. The best part? All fresh and homemade, AND very reasonably priced! I got all that and a pop for only $ 13! A bargain! Raise your prices, Mac! It’s worth it, and your hard work deserves it!

Excellent food. The pulled pork was delicious, very tender and flavorful but not too spicy. The potatoes salad is homemade and delicious. The potatoes were nice and firm, not too mushy, and it had a nice amount of celery and some other veggies, maybe green pepper? We definitely will be back to try some of the other wraps. It’s the best deal around. Under $ 10 for a drink, side and a huge wrap.

Great place. Friendly local feeling businesses; and exceptional prices. His hours are good and food is amazing. Even if there are 10 people in line, it would be worth the wait. I asked why he doesn’t pretty make food and he said«I want every thing to be as fresh as I can make it». Go there for the food, the prices, and the local friendly feel.

I live in Southboro and didn’t realize this little food truck was here tucked behind the English Garden Florist. Had I not seen the sandwich board sign I would have missed a great pulled pork burrito with cole slaw. I’m looking forward to trying the other menu items like the Sheppard’s Pie and chicken parmesan. No hot dogs here. Well worth the $ 8 for a delicious burrito, with a drink and a side.

So nice to see a local business with great quality food. I ordered the chicken burrito which was made with fresh chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes. The wrap was delicious. I also didn’t realize that for $ 8 your wrap came with a side and a drink. Now, the side wasn’t just a bag of chips if you don’t like, I got homemade potato salad. So good! And a fresh brewed ice tea. There is an awesome little spot in the shade with a table to sit as well. Will definitely go back!
