I frequent Waffle House’s from all over, it’s my family and I favorite place to go for breakfast wether home or white traveling so, it was quite disappointing when we came upon this particular one. First there were ants crawling on the table scavenging food that was left behind from previous customers, then there was the constant bother of flies the whole times during our meal, thirdly, it took our order way too long to come out and when it did we didn’t get the meats we ordered with our meals, my son eventually got his but I never got mine, our ticket was discounted but the damage had been done. I hope that this was the exception and not the norm.

I’ve been to other Waffle House locations, but this one was excellent. The staff was happy and polite, they greeted us immediately and seemed authentically happy to be there. Our server, Erica, never let our drinks go empty and all of our food was perfect. I was definitely happy with this experience.

The food is mostly ok and the staff are mostly nice and friendly. The strange thing is that I have been to this Waffle House about half a dozen times over the past two months since it is close to work and I have ordered the same thing each time — the #1 bacon cheeseburger special — and it has been different every time. the prices have never been the same twice, the burgers have ranged from being just a plain burger with no cheese or bacon to being mostly correct, etc. The last time I went in I ordered extra hash browns for 65 cents extra and it wound up costing me $ 1.45 extra. If they are going to have things on a menu, they should at least know what the items on the menu are. I have not said anything because it has usually been busy and I didn’t have much time to wait. Also, I don’t trust restaurant chefs when you tell them the order is incorrect. Who knows what they will do to your food?
