Update again: Got a call 10⁄3 from them. They lost the invoice. Said they’d process it today. Can u believe it?!

I’m a fan, and have a complete set, every issue since their start in 1994. Absolutely the very best hot rod/custom car publication on the market today. Expensive, 4 issues annually, but stunning in its production quality. There was a time when their customer service was lacking, but lately their fulfillment on orders and other gear has been very good. No problems. They do not mail first class, so delivery can be slow. TRJ operates on a shoestring, and I’d rather they be around than out-of-business. Nobody is getting rich publishing the magazine, and they are very supportive of the hot rod community. I’m going to give them as much leeway as they need.

WOW Sensational publication unbeleivable and can’t wait to get it in the mail. Wonderful conversation piece for the coffee table ect. CUSTOMERSERVICEANDBUSINESSORGANIZATION… PAINFUL. I have subscribed for several years and today was the 3rd time I have had to follow up and correct my subscription. Very nice young women in the office but VERY lacking in business communication and organization. Also sent 2 subscriptions as holiday gifts and the publisher doesn’t even include a card or notice where the book came from or who sent it.
